great service! super considerate to customers which is rare these days for banks, especially many other korean banks. appreciated the level of service and efficiency. highly recommend!

I've been a customer at this branch over 14 years and I feel like it is just like my personal banker. Not only all staff are friendly and smiling, but their work is excellent.
I made a few mistakes such as writing wrong amount or wrong account number when I was in hurry. Once I wrote a check for $100 but wrote it "One Thousand" on it. I had a phone call next morning to inquire about what was the correct amount because $1,000 was paid. I could contact the person whom I wrote the check to right a way and recovered $900 very fast.
When I deposit a check to my club account (I have a few accounts), I sometimes wrote my personal account number with the club name. The teller caught it and fixed it correctly.
I like the way they look after me like their own even though I don't have large amount of deposit.
I recommend this branch to my friends.
