Every time we stay at the Ace Hotel NYC we have an awesome experience. Overall, Ace Hotel is more than just a stay—it's like visiting family. The staff's warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our trip so memorable. The entire team always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Huge shout out to Michelle and Freddy who checked us in this last visit, they really made my husbands birthday trip even more special and it truly touched our hearts. Also, the housekeeping is always exceptional, our room is always impeccably clean and tidied. We always say we can't wait to return to see our extended family again. If you're looking for a place where you're treated like more than just a guest, Ace Hotel NYC is the perfect choice!

I recently stayed at Ace Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, and the decor perfectly blended modern and vintage styles, creating a unique and inviting ambiance.

A special shoutout to David, he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From recommending the best local spots to ensuring we had everything we needed, his hospitality was unparalleled. David's warm and welcoming attitude truly made us feel at home.

Wonderful hotel in Nomad, NYC. We stayed here for our honeymoon in early March. Booked a Large King room. Our view from room 815 was stunning— Empire State Building! The room isn’t heavily illuminated, but we did not mind. We found it calming. Has a vibe— chic masculine dormroom. Still found it stylish. Great value for longer stay, room size, and location. We didn’t interact much with staff, but everyone was welcoming. Initially we had some issues with it being too hot (even lowest temp on thermostat); it can be managed by turning off entirely or opening windows sometimes.

Really specific negatives:
-Way too much welcoming room perfume sprayed when we checked in. Had to open windows solid 2 hours to get it out of our eyes.
-Shower is bigger for NYC, but the spout juts out directly in the middle so not great for bigger folk.

Quality of rooms in this location varies widely... so ask for a different room if you are disappointed upon arrival. Many of the rooms are wonderful. Overall it's a great hotel--a perfect home away from home.

I had one of my best stays in nyc at this hotel. I come three times a year, and my go-to hotel was severely overpriced for my trip, so I took a chance on Ace Hotel. I chose it based on the location being so close to the Flatiron building and the Madison square park dog park and it being so dog friendly while not charging an arm and a leg in pet fees.

When we arrived early from our redeye, I assumed we'd just drop off our bags and not get into our room. To my surprise, they got us right into our room and even had a treat ready for my dog. I was so tired and appreciative of the warm greeting and early check-in.

Once we were in our room, I was pleasantly surprised to see how big it was. For nyc, it's a fairly generous space and even had robes (which no one ever offers) and a fridge stocked with water, beer and wine as well as snacks on top. Although I didn't purchase anything, I was grateful for the fridge for my dogs food and our water. Also they had the cutest hangers and area to hang your clothes as well as open containers underneath to use as storage. Although we didn't really have a view, there was a large window to let in natural light and the bed was very comfortable.

Every day as we came and went the staff was always so friendly and helpful. My dog was recovering from an injury and was in a stroller for the stay, and staff was always there to help me carry the stroller or open doors for me.

We had an incredible stay, and I'm so happy I took a chance on this hotel and will absolutely be returning.

LOVED the Ace Hotel. I did not know what to expect, but from check-in, to the ultra-hip vibe and chill atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was well designed, preserving it's old charm, while mixing in humor and cheeky design quirks that greet you with a smile and smirk! I LOVED the experience and will visit again. FOR sure.

The Ace hotel is top of the line and each stay exceeds the last. Perfectly situated in manhattan and surrounded by the best restaurants and shopping this hotel goes above and beyond in every capacity. The rooms are cozy yet hip with a subdued New York charm. The rooms are sleek and cool but also warm and inviting with bedding that is top of the line and provides an exceptional slumber. The F&B in the hotel is also absolutely amazing from a cool coffee bar to a hip cocktail bar with rotating djs making the lobby the place to be in NYC. If you are looking for the best of the best hotel experience this is the hotel for you!

Centrally located a few blocks from NYC's Koreatown, the Ace Hotel was the perfect host for my company's annual team retreat this April. I booked 10 rooms as well as a meeting space at the hotel, and everything was extremely reasonably priced. The hotel staff was welcoming, accommodating, quick to reply, and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a company off-site or retreat for their team!

The lobby of the hotel includes a bar, food, cafe, and a co-working space. The hotel is dog-friendly as well.

A brilliant hotel! Such big rooms! Lovely gym! Lobby superb for co-work and informal meetings. Great bar at the lobby too. Location is central and fun, but not on the over crowded streets. Great views of the Empire State Building was a nice surprise. Really enjoying my stay here for a conference and business meetings in town.

Thank you for a friendly place to stay. My family and I love the funky decor. The lobby is a great place to release tension and restore balance. I met kind strangers (are we really strangers?) that reinforced my faith in humanity. Thank you.

Super fun spot. Great bar and lobby area. Lots of people just pop into the lobby area to grab coffee and work from laptops. In the evening, nice spot to grab a drink before heading out on the town. NoMad is a great area. Close to many bars and restaurants. Only knock is that the rooms are very small, but that's what you expect when you stay in a boutique NYC hotel. Rooms are funky though and clean.

I love staying at the Ace! The vibes is great. I’m a minimalist so I don’t need a lot. A clean room with a good bed is all I ask for. Everything was clean and comfortable. Only complaints were the heater in my room was way too aggressive for the size. Mid December and I had to turn the heat off entirely to keep the room under 80 degrees. Also be warned that the lighting situation is pretty dim in the rooms.

The Ace Hotel is funky and hip. On request, every room includes an acoustic guitar —- which I always take advantage of. The front desk was super friendly and atthoughts?

The lobby is a destination in itself — an awesome place to work or chill-out — transitioning into a bar in the evening.

Visited in mid December for a 4 night stay. Hotel staff was very friendly. Very stylish hotel with bustling lobby, attached restaurant and coffee shop. Rooms were spacious and nicely done. Location was ideal and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Very dog friendly.
