I can't praise Fashionable Pets enough. I unexpectedly bought my beloved cockapoo from there, and she's truly the heart of my home now. The buying process was seamless, and my dog has been in perfect health ever since.

Visiting the store to interact with puppies uplifts my spirits. Dogs have a unique way of enriching our lives, as mine certainly has. The store offers top-notch products, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Plus, the store is impeccably clean, and dogs can freely interact and play with each other.

I’ve had my pom Chloe for almost 2 years and is the best decision I ever made. My soul dog for life and couldn’t be more thankful to Fashionable Peta for my sweet girl. We spent a year filling out invasive applications, being ghosted via petfinder, while longing to fill the void our last pup, who passed from stomach cancer in February, left in our hearts and home.

After the heartbreak of being denied by rescues, and the shelters being full of dogs that our home insurance would drop us for adopting; Fashionable Pets was a refuge for our family!

I cried tears of joy when we were given the OK to take home our new addition. Thank you Fashionable Pets for our healthy and happy dog! Without your business we would probably still be searching for our pup.

Choosing the perfect pup is a big paw-print to leave, and finding the right pet store to guide you through it can be just as important. Thankfully, fashionable pets stole the show (and my heart) with their incredible service, and Keisha and Yoli deserve a standing ovation.

From the moment I walked in it was with genuine warmth. They listened patiently as I gushed about my Cavapoo dreams and expertly navigated my endless questions. Yoli jumped in with a wealth of knowledge about breed specifics, puppy care, and even recommended helpful products that we can use to assist with the early puppy training stages.

They even assisted my husband in surprising us with a new puppy on Christmas Day! His name is Brunson and we LOVE him so much! Keisha and Yoli were just a phone call away to answer my newbie questions with friendly reassurance and helpful advice.

I just want to say that they are the most friendliest & smartest staff I’ve worked with as I been puppy shopping. I didn’t know exactly what i wanted but Shanty, the young lady who helped me, gave me lots of information on dog breeds and was able to help me choose a puppy. You know, I had so many questions because I didn’t know there was so much to know about having a dog and they answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. thanks to their help, I ended up choosing a Cavapoo and two days later I’m sooooo happy I went here! My pup is doing so well! Interacting well with my kids and kitten. Shes friendly, cuddly, healthy, quiet, smart (she’s already getting the hang of peeing on the wee-wee pad!!!) and super cute. I absolutely love her and the whole experience was amazing for getting my first dog. I highly recommend this place. She’s even microchipped and I was given this folder on how to care for her, feed her and when she should get her next round of shots. I got the information for the vet they used and told me if I had any questions I can just call and ask. I’m so happy I went here, I got lots of helpful tips on how to care for her and how to train her too. Like my whole experience was enjoyable, exciting and the staff definitely matches my energy. What more can I ask for? Healthy, smart, cute and quite pup? Hypoallergenic?! Great with kids and other animals?! Come get your new fur baby here!! 5, 10, 20 Stars even!

Almost 7 years ago we went to the mall for a movie and ended up falling in love with a golden retriever puppy. Half a lifetime later and he is still the sweetest dog ever with no major health issues. This store is expensive but they really do pick great dogs, I’m glad to see they’re still in business.

Most amazing experience!!! I purchased a toy poodle. From answering all my questions to delivering the pup to my home with plenty of food, a bed a dog bag, vitamins and toys

If your looking to buy a pet for the holidays for your loved one and want to get scammed come here! If you have any concerns after purchase they’ll call you back to gaslight you. I made the mistake of not believing the negative reviews and gave in please don’t make the same mistake I did. Better off taking your money elsewhere. If you feel skeptical after they explain the process of purchasing a pet trust your intuition and don’t fall for it! I loved how they made my first experience purchasing a pet the worst :) The best part is how much they don’t care! The managers in charge especially will make sure they do nothing in their power to fix any issues or concerns you have if it means them losing any money in any way. Do not believe a word they say, if you sign papers it’s for their protection not yours. What an insane business! Shame on you fashionable pets!

After my review below with 2 stars I received a phone call from the supervisor Yolie (my apologies if I misspelled your name). She took her time and explained everything to me. The problem was resolved and I was given an earlier appointment! My fur baby is home and we are all happy. Thank you soo much Yolie for the clarification and all your help.

The staff was very nice and well educated on all the pups. The store is clean the pups seem clean as well (no odor). But this is my problem, I was given false information. I purchased my fur baby on Monday and was told the vet comes every Tuesday so I would be able to pick up on Thursday or no later than Friday. Here we are at home ready for him, the kids are super excited patiently waiting. I call today to check the status and I am informed that the vet is seeing him today and I can pick up on Saturday. I don’t have a problem with that at all, what I have a problem is the lack of communication. I paid for him in full it’s not like I financed I deserve some type of communication! Come on fashionable pets do better communicate with your customers if plans change.
I will update and maybe give more stars once I get to bring my fur baby home.

I’ve been with my Sushi for a few months now and she is healthy and came already crate trained. She still doesn’t bark. She is very smart and can do all sorts of tricks. She loves to cuddle on our laps. I appreciated their patience while I played with her for 30+ min before making the big decision and for answering all our questions since we are first time dog owners.

Let me start off by saying the entire staff are super friendly and attentive to their customers. I have an 8 year old son that loves going there because of the way the way they make him feel welcomed and just as important as an adult.

Also I love how they always have their store organized and very well sanitized which I can only imagine is not easy especially with the amount of adults and kids and pets that walk in and out in a busy mall.

I love how they go the extra mile to help with whatever needs or questions I may have when it comes to my pet Frenchie even if it’s something they may not have in their own store.

All in all I will highly recommend this store to any and everyone that ever ask me where to go for anything related to pets.

We picked out our little fur baby from Fashionable Pets, they were amazing they helped us with all of our questions and any concerns. They were not pushy just to make a sale. And the veterinarian doctor that over sees all of the puppy’s is really amazing a caring for all of the puppy’s. He’s is still my pups doctor. They have a wide range of puppy’s I wish I could take them all home 🥰🥰🥰🥰 they made the process easy and comfortable

We got our baby Roscoe Bleü from Fashionable Pets a little over two weeks ago. He is happy & incredibly healthy. He was also crate trained and wee wee pad trained. We are so happy with our handsome boy. Thank you Fashionable Pets for bringing a little piece of heaven to our family. ❤

We recently got a golden retriever puppy from Fashionable Pets as a birthday gift for our 6 year old daughter.

The experience from the beginning was perfect. We let them know in the fall we were looking to hate the puppy early March. From that moment they gave us constant updates, birth, health and pics!

This is my wife's and me first dog and boy were we nervous. However the night we went to meet our puppy and take care her home the staff had everything we needed ready for us. Food, toys, teething bones etc. And they had written clear instructions that answered our questions. They made the experience much less nerve wracking and offer support after the purchase. They truly make it personal.

We've already decided in the near future we're getting another puppy and there's no doubt we will be coming back to Fashionable Pets!!!

My family and I are always in Westfield Mall shopping, looking for stuff that we can’t find in a local mall. Anyway.. we always pass by fashionable pets and they always have some cute puppies! 1 month ago we just happened to go to the mall and I saw the dog I have always wanted. My husband has been looking everywhere for one until that day. We walked into the store and I fell in love with the Siberian Husky! I told the lady that was telling us about him that I wanted him. We filled out some paper work and had some play time before we left. Now we have a new addition to our family Caesar.

I highly recommend this store. I got my beautiful Casper from them six months ago. He is a white Shiba Inu. I didn’t even need to crate him. He got potty trained within two days. Shiba Inu is a clean breed as I heard.
I wasn’t planning on buying a puppy, but I saw him and couldn’t leave him. Best decision I ever made.

I recently bought a multipoo for my son and couldn’t be happier with our puppy and the service from Fashionable Pets. When I stepped foot into the shop it was super cleaned. I was treated very warm and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had 20 thousand questions and they answered all my questions and help me train our new puppy. They have beautiful breeds, they sell great products and holistic organic foods for dogs. I will continue to buy from Fashionable Pets.
