BHS Harlem

They have been lot of improvements as far as business wise things are moving faster and there is bigger understanding of customer service. They often have the best rate compared to the other financial institutions that send money (money gram and western union). You can not withdraw with them in the US unless you are in possession of your debit card and use regular atms.

Great amenity for the community. They do the best they can with the resources they have.

I wish I could do less than 1 I would. You have a business in the United States of America the greatest country in the history of universe and yet you still has no respect for your clients. It's just sad. I will do everything I could for you to do better.

the Worst Service in the history of banking specially the Baltimore office .Bring your business somewhere else .

They don’t answer calls at all never, bad service…

They don’t answer their phones at all.

Le service á la clientéle est nul. Le telephone sonne toujours dans le vide alors qu'ils ne sont pas débordés. Même pour utiliser BHS en ligne c'est compliqué. Une application BHS n'en parlons même pas puisque inexistante. Pourtant l'application nous aurait épargné toutes ces tracasseries. Mettez vous au coude á coude avec les banques aux USA pour mieux nous servir.
