Could not be happier to walk away with a new to me car from Route 4 Auto Exchange. It was a pleasure to work with AJ, Proust, Alex, Paul, and especially Jose who made me feel comfortable while looking at the car. I ended up buying a beautiful car for a fantastic price. I highly recommend going and buying a car. It was not like other dealerships here I felt like I was hanging out with my friends. Chatting about how good the browns look this year with OBJ or how Fitzmagic took the world by storm was great. If anyone I know asks where to buy a car I now know to send them to Route 4 Auto Exchange. It was so good I made the trip up from Philly to make the deal.

Great dealer, very honest and family owned, Adeel and his dad were great! I saw the car I wanted for my wife and I was out the door with it within the hour with the rates I was comfortable with. This will definitely be my go to car dealer in the future.

I've been to many dealerships in NJ and by far this one is the most professional. I've bought 3 cars from them over the last 4 years and am very happy with each purchase. I really appreciated the time they took to ensure I was completely happy with the cars. Very good customer service, I even got a courtesy call a few weeks later to ensure everything with the car was up to par. I still have all 3 cars and they are running well, without any problems. I just recently got a car with Route 4 Auto and I must say Adeel was fantastic! It was my first car purchase and I had a specific budget. He was very patient and helped me through the whole process found just what I need on my price point! He was truly a breeze to work with and even gave me recommendations for insurance and places for car maintenance, I had a minor set back with my insurance company and he worked it out to make sure I was able to leave with the car the same day! I will be coming back in the future for my next car and I’ve recommended them already to my friends and family! Excellent service I couldn’t be more pleased!

I came across a SUV to replace my parents old truck at this dealership. My parents continuously second thought starting the finance process and going to see the car. These guys did a great job helping me buy a car. I got a 2008 Honda CR-V that I saw listed on cars.com . One of the tires was losing air after I got the car (it was a bit deflated when I bought it), and they made no issue out of reimbursing me for a new tire. The price for the car was solid, and so far I've loved owning it. They weren't pushy and were good about helping me, even helping me check different insurance quotes before insuring it. They also got the plates for me.

So I had the awesome privilege of stopping in on July 13, 2020 with only questions. First of all it was hot outside so a welcome into their office was a plus, air conditioned, comfy chair and nice fragrance, the office is not loud and they are very professional. The facility is well kept and smells amazing. The staff is pleasant and work so well together. My agent Mr Mohammad is one of the kindest souls I have met, from the start he proved to me a great and stellar salesman. Clearly he is well experienced and carry himself in a mature fashion, worthy of a true salesman. He first listened to what I had in mind, then he ushered me to view his inventory, by the way, they have beautiful vehicles, and NO SHAM. I honestly had a nice van and this purchase which I did by the way, was the best for me. They worked with my credit and my bank and got me a great deal. Also, the senior manager was away but he was available to me to sign off on my paper work. He was present from a distance and completed my paperwork on time. The gentleman next to Mohammad is a computer genius, he helped me with my banking debacle. It was an awesome experience. I was offered a cold beverage of my choice and I received clear information. This is a great place to shop for a family or personal car, as they on a hold are very professional and knowledgeable about their business. They offered what I needed and I would go back for another car.

Being female, it's sometimes scary buying a car. I always check reviews before I do business with anyone, so I checked out pre-owned car dealers in my area and landed at Route 4 Auto Exchange because of the impressive reviews. I really have to say that from the minute I walked in the door I felt at ease. I got the sense that they were legit.....so we kept talking. I found a sweet Fiat 500x that was priced well and so I took it for a spin. I was truly impressed with the vehicle and wondered how it could be so easy to find a car that I loved within minutes. I bought the car and I have never been happier. They are honest and willing to work with their clients to get them the best rates from the lenders. As a woman, a very picky woman at that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I probably will never go anywhere else, as they have told me they are aligned with new dealerships as well. That puts my mind at ease, because I know I'm going to get a great car at a decent price. But the most important thing is that they were so polite (thank you A.J.) and very service-oriented.

Thea was amazing!!! She got us a discount on the vehicle we wanted, low payments, and a short term!!! It was a snow storm the day we came, it didn’t bother her at all! She stayed outside with us, showed us every car we liked, and got me the perfect vehicle for me and my family!!
