Awesome guy, great car, great price. I must have seen 20 cars, 10 I just left the dealership, 5 were all full of BS. Al was honest, personable and went out of his way to detail the car, clean it immaculately, gave me a great deal, held the car for me. and even re-sprayed the rims to look brand spankin new. I've owned over 20 cars/trucks/suv's and it's a horrible, stressful experience do to the shady rap car salesmen get, but Al made it smooth & most important HONEST!

TL;DR - Amazing dealership, 100% approve, we love our newest vehicle, Alex is a great small business owner who fully understands how to partner with his community!

Now - For the longer version of the story, my husband and I wanted to buy an additional preowned vehicle so we wouldn’t have to keep sharing one vehicle. We had been looking for a long time (with not much luck) at other dealerships. We had a pretty tight budget and a lot of the vehicles in our budget weren’t very reliable looking or mechanically - BUT! As soon as we went to Galaxy we found a few vehicles that piqued our interest. The owner Alex was very courteous and patient with our questions and understood the limitations we had. Ultimately we narrowed it down to two choices, one which was a fair price point but a little bit out of our budget, and a less nice one at another dealership that was in budget but the vehicle did not seem as reliable. Ultimately we were able to come up with the amount needed to bridge the gap between the two choices and go with the nicer vehicle at Galaxy! We are so extremely happy that we were all able to come to an amicable agreement! And now we are enjoying the freedom of traveling without the dependency one one vehicle and having to plan around that. Thank you for everything Alex, I am sure we will be seeing you again in the future when we want another car or truck!

Let me start with this. I am an automobile expert with twelve years of experience with mechanical and cosmetic repair knowledge of an automobile. I have owned my own autobody shop, Franco's Automotive for seven years before I became disabled in an an automotive racing accident. And I have never been to Galaxy Auto One before know and I have never known Alex or his compadre that works with him.. Now, I was in the market for a 2014 black Cadillac XTS with black leather interior with low miles. and Alex had one for sale with a very modest price. Being that I was suspicious Alex comforted me by telling me the two hour ride over the bridge to New Jersey to his automotive sales lot would not be in vain because the car was 100%. Now we are talking about the Cadillac a lot of people want a black XTS with black leather interior with low miles. and I had to bring the car back to Pennsylvania and put it through an inspection. So I have had the car for two months and I have put the car through its paces to see if I got a good car. So in for inspection it went and within the hour my mechanic had called me and told me to pick up the car it did not need anything for inspection. So there it was I got the cadillac so many peoplke want and I bought it for $2500 less than I should have and in the end the car was 100%. So there you have it, I tested Alex and his business and he passed with flying colors. So give him a call and check out his inventory because he knows how to pick em.
