Lolita's Mexican Cantina

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot begin to thank Lolita’s enough for the outstanding quality of service, food, and hospitality they were gracious enough to shower us with for my daughter’s first birthday party.

Debbie and Lorena are two of the kindest souls you will ever meet and made sure that every single detail was perfect. My guests are still raving about the food and how impressed they were
(pro tip: get the Aztec ribs and your guests will thank you later.). The party was such a huge success and I have them to thank for it all. 10/10 highly, highly, highly recommend.

Never knew this place existed until today.
I highly recommend the fiesta platter so that you can try a little bit of everything. My favorite was the mini shrimp tostadas and the chicken flautas. The elote corn was also amazing.

Service was great. Whenever I requested to change the channel on the TV, the bartender happily complied so that my wife and I could watch the Chiefs game.

I will be returning for sure. Great experience with chill atmosphere.

Just moved to the area and feel relieved to have such amazing Mexican place so close! We have been 3 times already and it’s become our go-to spot in a very short time. Food is always delicious, and service is quick, attentive, polite and friendly. Our waitress Renee couldn’t have been nicer! Make sure you stop here if you are in the area.

The outside of this restaurant is attractive and colorful and draws your attention to it. Inside is also attractive. The menu has great selections. We started with the guacamole and it was excellent. We also got the queso, quesadilla, tacos and ended with a flan. All excellent. We had a couple of well made margaritas. Our waiter jorghay was great. I heartily recommend Lolitas for great Mexican food in a beautiful place.

Everything was amazing staff was informative and very quick. The place had amazing food, music selection, and drinks. Get ready to spend a little more than if drinks because you won't get enough of their selection. Only thing it was a bit too dark inside hard to read the menu but I understand the ambiance they are going for. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Eaten at Lolita’s several times and have enjoyed each visit. The food and service has been consistent each time. Queso with chorizo is a must try appetizer. Tacos are great but make sure to ask for the additional sauces.

We love Lolita’s in North Bergen and we decided to come to this one since it’s closer to us… we were NOT disappointed. It was delicious, drinks are awesome, and service is super friendly. This place is so packed on the weekend but quality is the same. If you go during the week, you’ll sit right away and enjoy fresh, delicious food.

I love coming to Lolita’s for Mexican food! The food here is amazing. I highly recommend the nachos and tacos. Many items to choose from on the menu, you can’t go wrong!

Attended a surprise party in their dedicated room that fit 40+ people. Menu was prearranged and the execution was flawless. Great memories.

We just tried this place for the first time and everything was 5/5. We got the spicy girl drinks which were amazing if you love spicy drinks like me. Food we got we both really enjoyed and it came out fast which we love. Service was amazing and the bartender Noel was super helpful and fun!!

Went for a group dinner with my coworkers. Custom pre-fixed menu with drinks (beer, wine, sangria) included was perfect! We had nachos, chicken flautas, beef enchiladas, fajitas, paella, and churros. It was a co-workers birthday as well and they brought her ice cream with a sparkler and a beautiful sombrero to wear! Will definitely go here again for drinks, dinner, and group functions.

Parking was tough to come by. I don’t normally mind as this means it’s a popular spot..

Huge quantity, free chips and salsa- they paid attention to every detail including branded paper in the chips.

I’d say at the bar, service was slow— to be expected, though. They’re making drinks for everyone. Not much check in about the order (like you get from a waiter).

I regretted ordering the guacamole, since chips&salsa was free.

The alcohol in the margarita must be really low quality I felt tipsy 1 in- which is good for most people but I prefer a smoother drink.

Tacos were good for the price, but not the best (I am a critic though as I am from Texas).

Over all, good spot to stop in and good vibes, but not a spot I’d frequent.

Sat at the bar, very clean and well organized place. The bartender was attentive, food came out on time.Steak I ordered was great! also cooked at the right temperature.

Great food in a relaxing environment. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Table seating or bar seating is available. Happy hour specials including great deals on Taco Tuesday. A fun place for a few drinks with friends or a sit down dinner.

1st time here and definitely a place to go again. The server John was super professional and patient with us. He was fast with our drinks and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything before the food got there. The food was delicious, I got the al pastor tacos and man they did not disappoint. The flan for dessert was perfectly balanced ingredients. I would definitely be going back there again and will be recommending it to friends and family looking for good Mexican food.

Best mexican food i’ve had! everything was so good and good quality. just a little bit loud. will def come again. i highly recommend the fries and quesadilla

I recently traveled through 12 states… 53 restaurants….. my hopes for good service have been slowly fading away… and then…here comes Lolita, unplanned and by accident.
Great service and cool vibes are still out there! Good food and very very good margaritas… writing this half drunk but so happy :)
