I really had an amazing experience with the facility and the staffs. everyone was warm and eager to answer questions. The hospital is big and so clean. You can easily get lost here but there are plenty of help if you need. Doctors as well taking their time addressing all the issues. My mother and I felt so home. Thank you all the staffs and faculties to keeping the facility so tight!

One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. From parking/valet, to the ease of the check in process, to all the wonderful staff, and phenomenal care. I have never seen many willing and helpful staff at a hospital. All the staff were always in good moods and always asked how my mother in-law was doing. Hugeeee thank you to Dr. Kevin Yao. He and his staff saved my mother in-laws life. Thank you to all the nurses. I cannot thank the hospital and ALL staff enough.

Great facilities. I went in for same-day surgery and the entire team was exceptionally thorough in the days leading up to my procedure. I have a few conditions for which I see different doctors (most within the Englewood network because they’re all great) and the hospital staff communicated with my other doctors and myself to determine the best plan of care. I was amazed because it felt like VIP service. The nurses & doctors were friendly, so wonderful and communicated very well on the day of surgery. I am super grateful Englewood also now has out-patient offices near my home in Jersey City. :)

My boyfriend recently had a colonoscopy here and we felt that the whole staff really worked well as a team - from front of house security staff to the medical team to the cafeteria staff. The hospital was very clean and well kept. They were very well organized, professional and caring. Nicole was his intake nurse for the same day procedure and she was very thorough and compassionate.

My son and daughter in law just delivered a baby. This hospital is very well run. Parking, security, cleanliness, friendly and professional. Food court is amazing. As well as patient food delivery. Huge thanks to Mother and baby floor. ❤❤

This is the best Emergency Room I have ever been to - and unfortunately, I have been in a few. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors where super nice, attentive, helpful, and all around wonderful. They took the time to explain everything - from what they were doing and what would happen next. The entire place was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

BEST SERVICE AROUND!!! I usually go to Valley (they are closer to my house) but I had have so many bad experiences with them I decided to try Englewood since I hear such a great things. And let me tell you! Top tier service. I was having shortness of breath, I went into the ER, they were so quick to take me in and listened to all of my concerns. The ER waiting room was packed, I noticed every single patient was taken care as soon as possible. When I was taken into the room they make me feel so comfortable. My nurse Ali was the kindest and regardless in how busy it was, they made sure to always check on me and see how I was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently had surgery for an aortic valve replacement at Englewood hospital. I received the best care from the doctors ..staff ...nurses and therapists. All very professional caring and tend to your every need

I have to say I am throughly impressed with this hospital. I had a surgical procedure done today and I’ve been to hospitals in the past but everyone from the front desk to the women who checked me in to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and all in between, were so so nice and compassionate. They knew I was nervous and they made super I was comfortable the entire time. I really felt so at ease and I truly have never actually felt that way in a hospital before. I really sincerely want to say thank you to all of the staff for being really great professionals and people.

I have been treated several times in the past few years by Englewood Health Urgent Care in Cresskill. Every time staff have been wonderful. More recently I was treated by Brianne Deptuch, a nurse practitioner. Brianne was courteous and professional but she went above and beyond to make sure I received appropriate care. She also listened to me regarding my prior experience with similar illnesses.

One thing I needed was a nebulizer treatment for my breathing. I have a machine at home and told her I could do it there. Brianne was concerned enough for my health and she made sure I did the treatment before I left so she could monitor me. I was very impressed with the level of care I received from her. She should be commended as she is an asset to Englewood Health.

It would be great Hospital , if there was no valley parking.
It only created lines of cars in front of Hospital and line of patiens., waiting for their car about 10 min. All visitors parking spaces occupied by valley parking, it is almost impossible to find place to leave car. It was not like this before.

I was admitted to the hospital under an emergency situation and I had the extremely fortunate opportunity to have Bayle Gerber take care of me. She instantly puts the patient at ease and delivers a sense of calm; when a nurse or any medical professional treats you as though you are his/her only patient, that reflects not only the character of the person but the management of the hospital. No one should ever hesitate to go to Englewood Hospital and I hope that you have the extremely fortunate opportunity to have Bayle care for you! Every person that works there is truly our heroes.

Englewood hospital is a place where I feel safe. Doctors, nurses, and the entire staff are wonderful. My two experiences in the ER have been very smooth and the health care team has been very accurate with the problems that I had before.

My mother underwent a hysterectomy at the hospital, and my aunt had her knee surgery there as well. In both instances, we encountered no issues whatsoever. The expertise and proficiency of the surgical team were outstanding, providing us with a sense of confidence and reassurance.

Englewood Hospital is truly a remarkable institution, and I am immensely grateful for the exceptional care my family received there.

My teenage son was admitted to the emergency room and then transferred to the pediatric section of this hospital in December 2022. We spent the holidays there. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind and polite at this hospital! I am so incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, nursing aides, nurse sitters! They did everything possible to make us feel at home at their hospital knowing this was an emergency situation for us and my kid and me, his single mother, had to spend the Christmas holidays with them. The orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Rami Alrabaa, and his team took 5 hours reconstructing my child's broken arm and he even accompanied my child back to the room we shared and explained to me how the operation went and what to expect afterwards as well as to go to see him 2 weeks later to remove the cast from my son's arm and to proceed with physical therapy so my son could regain the full unctioning of his arm which had been badly shattered during an accident. I had never ever met a doctor that was so caring like Dr. Alrabaa! The nursing staff that attended to us including Lorena, Valeria, Kara, Dorelle, Ennola, Edith etc. were so warm and caring that we were overwhelmed! Even the other staff like the security guards, cleaning crew and the ladies from the food service were wonderful and kind! I thank God for this fantastic little hospital and its incredible staff!

On February 27, 2024, I went for my routine annual mammogram but had to undergo 4 mammograms due to my breasts being dense and it being difficult to see through the dense tissue. I was told that, on March 1, 2024 I had to undergo a mammogram assisted biopsy. Dr. Rekhtman assisted by Brittany and Lisa were very kind before, during and after procedure. First Brittany and then Dr. Rekhtman took time to patiently answer my questions and explain what I should expect every step of the way for the mammograms and biopsy. When the procedure ended up lasting longer than anticipated due to my breast calcifications being difficult to reach, this team persevered in trying to get enough calcification samples to test. Dr. Rekhtman called me on March 4, 2024 and was happy to inform me that the results of the biopsy were negative since my calcifications were benign. I that her and her team profusely! They were so kind and made me feel at home the entire time. I highly recommend this hospital!

Visited the Medical Essential Diagnostics clinic last week. Staff and treatment was outstanding! I recommend anyone wanting to check on their health and try the preventative test to register ASAP

There is a night and day difference between the morning and night shift.
In the morning I felt like family and in the evening I felt forgotten.
Charmaine Hutchinson took care of me like I was her own son and went the extra mile every chance she got, love that woman.
I’ve had multiple procedures here and same day surgery.

I gotta say they are the nicest people. I for one hate hospitals and the bracelets I don’t know why. I was born here too, spent 2 months in hospital if I remember nurse Barbra took care of me when I was a baby I was there for 2 months I was born 10/20/92. Came home right before Christmas! You guys are amazing at this hospital!
