Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle is always clean and I've never had a problem here. Staff is always friendly and personable and the service is always fast. Because of how fast it is, you would think you would feel rushed picking what you would like but that is not the case. Whoever is serving your food always makes sure they get everything right. The food is always delicious and warm and always presentable. Remember to always be nice to food service workers that are serving you because they work very hard to make sure you have a great experience and deserve to be respected and treated politely -- like any human being would want to be treated. It's sad a lot of people in this world fail to take that into consideration.

I called the store for catering and they were able to accommodate on such a short time notice. I really appreciate you guys doing this! My team was very happy without everything. Food, packaging, and punctuality!

Stopped by today and had a wonderful experience. You can tell that this crew is all hands on deck! Once the line started to get busy, one of the associates Kevin immediately stepped in. Together they all kept the line flowing. I was in and out!! 10/10 would recommend again:)

I go here almost everyday (so much so they remember me), best chipotle in NJ. Food is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Great customer service!

I was in the neighborhood and had never tried chipotle. Both Marilu and Kevin were extremely patient with me, they explained to me what my options were and didn’t rush me. Excellent customer service. Will defos be returning

This is a great location. The quality of the food is perfect and the portions are on the spot.

5 out of 5 stars- This was the best Chipotle I've been to since I can remember. I feel that most Chipotle's have really declined; which can be seen by most of them being rated with 3 stars. But this one was different. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff was pleasant and courteous. My girlfriend ordered the cauliflower rice which is made to order so it tastes the best so we did wait 5 minutes for it but it was well worth the wait. And even while waiting, the manager came up to us to apologize about the wait but it was unnecessary. Good food takes time and we can all use a little more patience. Highly recommend this location and we will 100% be back soon!

Excited to have a Chipotle in the area. Big improvement from the mediocre Carl's Jr. That was there before. Quality is exactly what you expect from Chipotle. Fresh, tasty food and pretty good service. If you order online you can pick up at the drive thru window.

Just a small shoutout to Alex, who picked up my phone call today on Mar. 30 - polite and helpful, and her customer service definitely outshone the 3.7 rating here.

I saw that others are leaving remarks regarding the service here, but at least there seems to be some hope with employees like her today.

They are new here, hope they would take drive through order in the near future! Do need improvement on service, and should have security had some issues with some kids not following the social distancing wide lines. But that’s not their fault...

This new location is really clean and well organized loved the food the chicken was cooked perfectly and not burned like other chipotle locations and staff was nice. Pleasant experience.
