Just received delivery of our new Kincaid sofa with custom accent pillows. It's beautiful! From the moment we walked into the store, Mike was attentive and helpful but not pushy. He helped us select the perfect sofa for our family and arranged for a delivery date within a reasonable amount of time. The delivery men arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2 hour window and were exceptionally creative when getting the sofa into my house. Turns out our foyer ceiling is a bit low and they weren't able to maneuver it in. So, they took out my family room window, pushed the sofa through that way and then replaced everything after getting it perfectly situated in the house. Awesome experience!

I found Palisade Furniture 27 years ago. The sales people were very accommodating. Although the fabric we adored was not one that came with the dining room chairs that we chose, they found a way to make it happen. When a knob fell off a piece of furniture 20 years later, they came & fixed it no charge. I had decided that I wouldn't buy furniture elsewhere, but I have had no need to - the furniture has endured. And the prices were competitive with the chain stores. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Palisade Furniture and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been looking for a long time for couches and couldn’t find anything I liked until I walked into the store. Jeanette was so friendly, patient and helpful. I was able to customize my couches and I got exactly what I wanted and the price was very good. The couches arrived much sooner than expected and the delivery people were fast and professional. I highly recommend this store.

Had the best experience working with Mike at Palisade Furniture. After cancelling an order with Michael Anthony Furniture in Summit, NJ due to unprofessionalism, I found Palisade Furniture on Google. Mike was pleasant, found the exact bedroom set I wanted, and ordered it for me the day I went. His prices are fair and his business is professional. Mike kept in contact throughout the ordering process to give me updates on when the order shipped to the U.S, when the order arrived at the U.S. shipment factory, and when the order arrived to his warehouse. He set up delivery and even his delivery service was super professional and kind. I will 100% be returning to shop at Palisade Furniture.

We just had another great experience at Palisade Furniture. We had already used them for our son's bedroom and our basement den. We just turned our screened in porch into a family living room and Palisade Furniture came through again. The show room is well organized and easy to navigate. I love that it is not overwhelming. Mike the owner was very helpful but gave us time to shop without pressure. He was able to suggest additional pieces that were not in the showroom and were perfect for what we needed. There was so many choices for fabrics and finishes. I highly recommend Palisade Furniture!!

My wife and I are so happy we discovered Palisades Furniture. We first went last year when looking for a couch, and we were fortunate that Kathy (who has since retired) helped us out. She took the time to understand us, our needs and wants, and our budget. She took her time with us and never made us feel rushed, even when there were numerous other customers in the store. She found us a wonderful, American-made sofa that was just what we wanted. She gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take to arrive, and kept us updated along the way. The delivery team was superb; they provided an accurate estimated arrival time, called us when they did arrive, and had the furniture in in what seemed like five minutes.

After that we went back and had Kathy help us with purchasing dining room chairs. Again we were looking for American made, and Kathy found us stylish and sturdy chairs at a reasonable price.

Most recently, we went back for a cabinet for the dining room. This time, Jeanette helped us out, and she was as welcoming, informed, and helpful as Kathy had been.

Everyone we have dealt with at Palisades has been terrific. The sales staff knows the product lines that they carry in detail and have a wealth of general knowledge about design and home decor. They were consistently able to provide tasteful recommendations that became satisfying solutions for us.

Palisade Furniture was great! They were patient and very helpful. After years of promising I finally redid our bedroom. After all the work was done, it still wasn't what we wanted. After speaking with the highly experienced staff at palisades furniture, they took their time and gave us exactly what we needed. They took the time to make sure the furniture we ordered would not only fit our design needs but actually fit our bedroom. we couldn't be any happier with the service and attention to detail.

Palisade Furniture was great helping my mother and I purchase new sofas and love seat. We wanted a sleeper sofa and wanted a lot of choice for color and patterns. Mike directed us to furniture at Rowe which had a lovely selection of sofas, settees and love seats. He was very patient as we belabored over our upholstery choices. We are very pleased with the final products and it was delivered in the 6 - 8 week time frame Mike indicated. I truly recommend this place for its courteous staff and attentive service as well as commitment to see you happy with your purchase.

Palisade Furniture has been the most accommodating company to work with. They were very patient with us, and helped every step of the way. Mike was especially helpful with working out the delivery times, and making sure that we got everything on time for our move in date. We also had a small issue with our sectional a few months later, and when I called him he came to the house right away to take a look and had it fixed within days. I highly recommend this family owned establishment versus going to a chain furniture store. They had a great selection from many companies and they worked within my budget for all the rooms we were furnishing.

Once again a great buying experience with Palisade Furniture. A great family owned business and run by a great family that knows how to get you the perfect furniture for your needs. Palisades Furniture was wonderful. We bought our son a new bed at Palisades Furniture and everyone there was very helpful and patient with all my son's questions. We went there a few times until my son made a decision and each time they always had a smile on and were extremely helpful. Delivery people were excellent - they came in the timeframe they gave us and they set up the bed quickly and were very careful when bringing it in the house.

I want to start out by saying I’ve never posted a review before; however, the customer service at Palisade Furniture cannot be beat ANYWHERE. I came to this place after reading reviews by others and Mike and Jeanette went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.
