Very accommodating and friendly front-desk goes out of their way to meet your requests. Everyone in masks make you feel comfortable. Very good value for your money. Family-oriented and dependable accommodations. We have stayed here many weekends during the pandemic just to get some quiet time for work and relaxing away from the kids during the pandemic. I highly recommend.

Very clean hotel. The staff is amazing!!!! Me and my family was here for 6 days and I needed 1 room with double beds. I was told that they only had the 1 King and could add a roll away bed in for 2 days then give me the double bed room. Well in two days they were still busy with wedding and parties and still didn't have any double beds so the accommodated us by placing us in the largest suite they had with out any up charge. Like I said ALL the staff was GREAT and we had a wonderful stay and time on vacation.

Staff is fabulous- outstanding customer service. Very nicely appointed rooms. Palmer's Crossing restaurants are well-known for good food and the prices are very reasonable. We had an opportunity to use the shuttle service and it was a real help. There is plenty of parking. Handicapped accessibility is very good, which is a big plus for my husband and me. Staff went out of their way to offer assistance when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and heartily recommend the Clinton Inn Hotel.

Stayed over this past weekend after attending an event at the Bergen Performing Arts Center for the first time. The service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean with plenty of towels. I would definitely stay again. Stephanie was very helpful and informative with giving clear directions.

While the room was pitiful, I received 5-star service during my visit. I checked in around 1am. I had an issue with my shower and the front desk lady came into my room helped resolve the issue despite it being so late. She was very helpful and nice. It appears that they are remodeled so the quality should be improved in the next few months.

We often stop here for the bar’s happy hour. Half price cocktails and apps. The view from the patio is not great, but well placed hedges make it fine. I’ve never seen it over crowded, we’ve been able to sit at the bar, in the lounge, and outside. This is a must when we are in the neighborhood.

On 11/15/18, we were hit with a lot more snow then NJ was prepared for. I had attended a class in Hackensack, NJ on Thursday until 4:20, after sitting in traffic until 9:30 at night and going 3 miles in 4 hours...I decided it would be better to stay in a hotel being as I live in south jersey. After driving to 4 hotels, calling 6 hotels and all being booked, I took one more chance and drove to Clinton Inn. The staff working the front desk that night offered the best customer service I have experience in a long time. After telling them my situation of being alone in an unknown town 2 hours from home and asking if they could help me find another hotel, they were able to get me a room in their hotel. I could not thank the staff at Clinton enough for helping me that night!!! On top of all that, the rooms were outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean and homy! We stayed just a night but everything was wonderful! I would definitely stay again!

My favorite hotel ANYWHERE. I travel a lot for work and whenever i'm working in NYC or New Jersey I stay here. Super clean and classy hotel with great staff. Safe secure parking and priced very well considering the location. Breakfast is the best anywhere...

the lightbulb went out in the bathroom, my boyfriend had to shower in the dark. I ask for a King size bed they didn't have it.I was told they had no one to change the bulb.bt all staff are well in conversation. i like it

Very well located, this hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. It is quiet and the staff was very professional. Unfortunately there wasn't any breakfast buffet due to construction. Would definitely stay there again.

Room and bed was nice. Pillows could have been better. Front desk person was super friendly and saved me by calling me a car service when Uber ran 40 minutes late to take me to the airport

I had a great time at Clinton Inn Hotel in Tenafly. My room was very comfortableand quiet and the staff was very friendly! At Wednesday there's a shuttle service to the outlet shopping mall organized by the hotel - that's great! If you come from Newark Airport it takes about 35 minutes by taxi to go there.

I went to the Clinton Inn of Tenafly, New Jersey. Rooms were very clean and cosy. Great choice of tv channels. The staff was nice and very helpful. Included breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely come back.

Clinton Inn was wonderful. Hosted the 100th birthday of my aunt and their service and attention was over the top. The rooms was great and lobby beautiful.

This place is beautiful..very clean. For events this place is a must. Loved it

Staff: Easy check in, most are nice and professional.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally left something behind and the front desk was quick to locate my lost article and have it overnighted to me. They went above and beyond, and really appreciate it!
