My Ranch Taqueria

I was in the mood for Mexican since it was Cinco de Mayo and I called in my order of the Mexican shrimp platter. When I arrived I noticed the restaurant is attached to a gas station and I will not lie I was skeptical and hesitant. When I walked in the restaurant was pretty busy. I went to the counter and waited a bit. The nice man grabbed my food and took my payment and I left. When I got home I dug in and the food was very good. The shrimp was seasoned so well and the rice was very good. I enjoyed every bite. Lesson learned, don't judge a book by it's cover.

Hidden Gem!! I was craving authentic street tacos. The food is AMAZING, the service is awesome. You can take to go, they do deliver or you can sit and enjoy your food there. The rice and beans is the perfect amount and lets not begin to talk about the flavors of the meat. Must try!

Food - step above food truck. (I hold food truck cuisine in high regards). We ordered tacos barill, super Burros and the fiesta platter.
Ambiance - they try to give the feel of being south of the border with painted colorful tile counters. Tables with clear plastic covers to keep the theme.
Cost - A couple dollars more per item we ordered Than I would expect. Maybe the rent is more being on highway.
Service - it's counter service, so pretty fast.

This place is a gem. Not well known, . One of my coworkers who is even a bigger foodie than I am brought me here and believe me this is one of the best Mexican restaurant in NJ, if you come here you must try a torta de carnitas, loaded with fresh carnitas, jalapenos and guacamole, their guacamole is the best I've had.
Overall opinion, great customer services, joyful atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Definitely will stop by there again. This is one of those little secret spots that will definitely surprise you!,

Was scared at first cause you dont think of a gas station when you are getting tacos. Hands down the food here is amazing. The burritos tacos quesadilla drinks fantastic. The red sauce is hot and flavorful the green sauce has a fresher taste and hot. Lived them both. The guys working there were extremely helpful and nice guys all around. The beef and pork wasnt dry and had a awesome taste to them. They need to pick this place up and open a real restaurant cause they will make a killing. I'll be back no doubt about it.

Drove past and they were open. Was able to walk in to find the owner keeping the place clean and safe. Placed my order and everything was freshly made in front of me and turn around quickly. After 5months I was going crazy to eat here. Everything was fantastic. I was sadned to hear that one of the partners had passed from the disease. Support them, stop in or order to pick up. You wont be upset

Legit hidden gem, inside the convenience store of the Mobil gas station. Big menu, quick hot fresh food. This place was great the Birria tacos had a lot of flavor, crunch and juiciness. Ask for green sauce with any of these dishes they serve. First time today for lunch on cinco de Mayo!!! Good chance, I’ll be having them for dinner too.

I was a little confused when I drove up to a taco joint in a gas station, but hey! This is one of those little secret spots that will definitely surprise you!

The inside is CUTE and festive. The chef is so nice! “Sit down, let me cook for you,” - OK, sir!!😌

My steak tacos and birria tacos were SO GOOD!! I’m sorry I didn’t take a photo of the food, I will next time - I was just too excited to eat them! But I’ll be back! “Just call me up and ask me what’s on special today, and I’ll have it ready for you!” 😋

If you’re thinking about giving this place a shot definitely do it!

I would have to say it is the best Mexican food in a 30 mile radius… have been here a handful of times and every occasion has been super tasty when compared to most Mexican food in Bergen County and a bunch of places from Passaic, no doubt…

You might drive by this place and notice that it's connected to a mart at a gas station. Literally connected in that there isn't even a wall inside that separates the restaurant from the gas mart. Don't let that fool you. The food here is delicious af. I didn't even know about it until my coworkers introduced me to this hidden gem. My go to is the Al Pastor tacos or as a burrito that weighs almost as much as my dog. Forget any doubts you might have about this place and just order.

Stuck in traffic pulled in and found d this gem of a place, I came back for the tacos both times chicken and they were excellent taste,bold flavor and yet surprisingly great for a side show,be jack again.

Food was really great. It is quite greasy tho so i would make sure you are up for greasy mexican food.

Not from NJ was visiting and always look for local experiences and this hit the spot !Friendly staff , delicious food !

Some of the best carnitas tacos I’ve ever had. Super welcoming owner. A complete gem. I’m already planning to go back!

I’ve been ordering from this place for the past 2 years and they are absolutely amazing. I mostly order delivery and the food arrives fast and is always delicious. The delivery driver is nice and fun to chat with. I recommend for anyone who wants authentic Mexican food made quick and with love!

The best Mexican food around…little cozy place with a great flavor…

As you are driving on route 4 east to NYC you see an inconspicuous gas station with a taco place next to it. I don't necessarily think of good tacos when I see a gas station. But I tried it. I will tell you I am very, very picky with my tacos. I have had tacos even in Mexico. I will tell you they are 5 stars. don't hesitate to go in and buy enough.

In a gas station store..so atmosphere is not for a family outing...BUT ....GREAT FOR A QUICK BITE. I order a torta and it was delicious....if you are by route 4 don't hesitate.

I am usually skeptical of food at a gas station. My girlfriend brought home a burrito the other day for me without me knowing where she got it. It was great! We ordered from them again two days later. The guacamole was especially delicious! I love their vegetarian options also! So good! Will definitely be back for more! And their prices are very reasonable.
