HMH Palisades Medical Center

I recently sought medical attention at the emergency room due to experiencing significant difficulty in breathing. Upon my arrival, I was promptly assisted by a team of dedicated nurses and doctors who were ready to provide the necessary medical care. I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Patel, the nurse in charge, and Oscar the registered nurse for their attentive and professional support during my time in the emergency room. I also noticed that the nursing supervisor was diligently making rounds, ensuring the well-being of other patients. Once again, thank you to the entire medical team for their exceptional professionalism and care.

Palisade Medical Center same day surgery and OR facility was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Nurses were exceptional, kind, patient, caring and very attentive. They made sure I was comfortable and everyone was cheerful and helpful. The Anesthesiologist, Max, The OR staff and Yvonne from same day surgery were helpful in every way. I have had a few surgeries at a dew different facilities, however, none can compare to everyone who took care of me at Palisade Medical Center.
The efficient of my surgical experience is a sure reflection of these departments. Even the Director of the department, Michele, rounded to insure all my needs were met! Can't ask for better Care. Julie Kashian

I was skeptical about taking my dad to this ER due to negative experiences in the past. However, my perception underwent a significant shift thanks to the exceptional care provided by Nurse Heather and Nurse Celine. Their attentive approach not only made my dad's experience pleasant but also impressed me as I observed their interactions with other patients. My entire outlook on this hospital has transformed. I extend my gratitude to Dr. Deschamps for his care and thorough responses to all of our questions. The staff, atmosphere, and the heroes at this hospital are truly commendable!

I was here for an emergency visit and had a very long wait time. I pulled PCT Stephanie to the side and told her my concerns about the wait; with no hesitation she took action. I was seen right away. This is a PCT that you can tell truly loves what she does. Thank you for your hard work and dedication PCT Stephanie ❤

I have nothing , but wonderful things to say about this hospital and it's doctors. My father was admitted over night as his heart stopped twice. The doctors have explained everything to my family and i. They are extremely sensitive and caring. The facility itself is beautiful and it was a joy to interact with them .

I just came out of surgery simple nothing drastic. I wanted to give a special thanks to Nurse Katy from the OR she was so wonderful. Also nurse Koh who was such a great nurse and had a very positive bubbly personality. They both have made my stay here very calming. Also Kim who is my nurse for tonight has been great with following up after my surgery.

I went to see my sister who was in observation at HMH Palisades Medical Center and all I can say is that this is a very clean facility with very professional staff. Every worker who came in the room was very caring, attentive to my sister's needs and very helpful. All our questions were clearly and respectfully answered. I have worked in the medical field in NY and comparing the service in this hospital " it is outstanding." Last but not least, my sister didn't want to leave. She felt she was in good hands and in a secured environment. Thanks everyone who took care of Ana Nuńez from Saturday night to Monday night. God bless you all.

I had an accident and went to Palisades for care. I was treated with kindness and empathy from the person who registered me to the Nurse Enrique Marcella and most definitely Dr. Boulos who cared for my injury and stiched it. Dr. Boulos explained what he did and answered all my questions. Thank you for your care, I am very thankful for your help. Nurse Eleana B was also pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately today my sister was very tired and went with her to the emergency and suddenly there was an excellent and wonderful team of nurses and doctors in the emergency room. I liked a lot for their kindness and listening to the patient. Fast service, very clean place and complete privacy (Thank you all)

Always a good experience when i go in. Today had my daughter sleep study and went pretty good! Good room to accommodate me while i stay with her and a nice view.

My experiences at this hospital have been very pleasant and professional. I appreciate all the help they have given me all the times I’ve been there.

Arrived in pain with a scratched cornea and the staff was excellent. Jessica, the intake nurse, then Dr. Molina and nurse Isaac Youssef RN were professional, friendly and well-coordinated. Very reassuring, especially with an emergency, and I highly appreciate the service I got today.

I had surgery today and it was a fantastic experience. Every single nurse is so caring and attentive. The operation room are very well-equipped and comfortable to be in. The facility is very clean and there are helpful staff everywhere to give directions and help.

I went 3 times with my daughter and they did a wonder job take care to her my daughter have Autism and everyone the front desk at the emergency and the nurses the doctors was excellent with her they take care her so good that I want to write this review because I want to said thank you to the nurses and doctor that take care her because like a mom for a young daughter with autism is very hard to find professional in the health carriers that want to care for those older people with autism and your Hospital have that kind of people! My daughter and me said thank you so much for your service to this community!

Visited emergency and room with my son and had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctors were caring and compassionate. Even without insurance they Provided wonderful care and kept us informed even when they were extremely busy. I would like to acknowledge one of our assigned Nurse Assistants at the ER, Andrea. She was the true definition of what healthcare should be, excellent compassionate care. I felt like we had a second mother watching over my son. She truly went above and beyond for my son. Lastly, Chris, our assigned Nurse at the 5th floor once admitted was equally extraordinary! He was able to really connect with my son and eventually helped him made the right decision on his treatment by simply explaining the process and options the doctor had proposed. The hospital is very lucky to have them and is obvious they create a culture were staff understands the mission.

I had a wonderful experience delivering my baby there, plus all the service during my pregnancy. This is an amazing hospital. Nicole (nurse) was really attentive of everything.

Dr. Nader Boulos and Ms. Carolina Giannoulis, RN are gems that deserve to shine. I think them both for their professional attentiveness to not just me but my son (who was also motivated by their work).
Dr. Boulos walks with an aura of peace which he transcends to everyone he encounters. he is warm, charming and grateful to see his patients improve.
Ms. Giannoulis is vibrant , energetic, always ready to be a nurse! I felt like I belong to her, and without a doubt, I knew I was in good hands. I had 103 temp bodyaches and a banging headache, Carolina made me laugh!
Both Dr. Boulos and Ms. G move with an attitude of gratitude which was contagious in an atmosphere that can often be rude and ungracious. They were not just checking on patients but each other.
if I should ever need an ER again, I am definitely looking for this tag team to be on board. Champions play as one and these two gems are definitely champions. Thank you for the great care.

I get my delivery here, let me say that this is a very progressive hospital, the nurses are the best, they are sweet and very informed and concern about you, It took me 2 days 1/2 to deliver my baby and I feel beside the pain and everything that all the staff was a really good help. And they strongly promote breastfeeding and help you a lot.
I just have to say that the nurses on the post partum side were a little bit serous I mean not really sweet like the labor ones.
But they take a good care of you anyway, and treat you like a Hotel. At least I felt that way

Omg I can not express how thankful I am to have been in this hospital they were so attentive I went to have a d and c done went through the emergency room because I was bleeding too much they instantly when there to check my temperature everyone from the surgery team to the nurses and the nurse assistant where there to make us feel welcome I am so thankful to you guys for doing your job and no only that but to care and appreciate your patients 🙏🏼🙏🏼

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Palisades Medical Center. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and happily directed to where we needed to go. The staff is extremely professional, everything is perfectly organized and they couldn't do enough for us. We also noticed the staff making sure everything was sanitized. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience and we certainly did! Thank you to the hardworking heroes at Palisades Medical Center!
