He guided me through the process and made great suggestions of what to focus on in terms of color, clarity and size. I had zero knowledge before walking in, but I was really put at ease because of how open and forthcoming he was. The ring came out stunning and my fiancé just loves how bright and sparkling it looks. She gets compliments all the time which is just the best outcome a guy could ask for.
