Crowne Plaza Englewood, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is been an EXCELLENT visit. Annmarie and all staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean along with other areas that I visit. Again, me and my daughter had an AMAZING experience with our first time being here. Way to go TEAM!🙌

I enjoyed my two night stay with my 2 year old. We both enjoyed the heated pool. The staff was exceptional. Every encounter I had with a staff member was pleasant and genuine. The area is very secluded, so there isn't really too much happening in the neighborhood...so it kinda would of been nice if the bar they had in lobby was operating... maybe next visit it will be! I did appreciate the food truck in the parking lot! I definitely look forward to my future stay with them!

Great stay with Crowne Plaza for our New York excursion! We decided to stay in Jersey to save on costs and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel is located near a hospital building, but we were never disturbed by any ambulance noises - pleasant night sleep! The hotel lobby is well-maintained and opens to the dinning/bar area. We stayed in the standard king rooms and it was very clean. Some reviewers have commented on the bathrooms, but I have nothing to complain about them. I felt they were clean and tidy. The hotel parking lot has a great-looking food truck that we unfortunately didn't try, but there is a pizzeria around the corner facing a gym that was stellar. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is well worth it - Adrian and Gloria recommended it and we were happy that they did. Overall, this was a great hotel experience and I will be looking into this hotel again for any more excursions to New York.

The hotel is clean, and the gym and pool areas were very nice. Parking was easy and free. Everyone we interacted with on staff were friendly and helpful, but one gentleman at the front desk named Daniel stood out in particular. His customer service was outstanding and he went above and beyond in all aspects. We wanted to say a personal thank you to Daniel.

This is the best place to stay , if planning for newyork trip. It is very clean n nice place. Friendly staff. Housekeeping comes everyday, u can bring food also in the room. They never stopped for these things..
Now this is my all time favorite place. I"ll stay only here whenever I"ll visit New York or new Jersey.

Great stay here this weekend! Daniel was super helpful while checking in and gave us some great recommendations! Everything was clean & pool was nice! Rooms were slightly dated but totally fine and comfy.

The rooms are nice and so is the service, very polite. The only thing to note is the parking lot is in bad condition, potholes everywhere.

Really good hotel! My room was cleaned every day when I initially was staying for a week but ended up being three weeks. Breakfast and dinner is served downstairs in the lobby. Pool and a gym is also located in the hotel with vending machines. What more can you ask for.. When I was there, there was only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. That really sucked. I've never had breakfast there but I've had dinner there a few times. The menu seems to be the same over and over but the food I had was good. If I forgot or just didn't have the time or really just being lazy to get food from somewhere else it was good to know that I could simply walk downstairs for a meal. There is food anywhere you go to enjoy, so if you choose to dine at the hotel alone then that's your choice.

The service at front desk was nice .room was clean . microwave fridge .the only thing I didn't like was location but being last minute reservation for new years Eve weekend . Pool ok .but location wasn't upbeat like Manhattan .quiet

I had a last minute booking due to an emergency & I wanted to say thank you to the front desk for being so unbelievably pleasant & understanding. This surely made check-in so easy. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The area is also very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I'm currently here second day. Views are beautiful, I'm loving it. So peaceful and beautiful room. Lots of light. Great for working and studying. Bed very comfy too, good cable TV. They also got me a fridge and microwave for the room for a one time $10 fee.

I read other comments about the place being out of date? Everything looks new, renovated room, with a nice shower. I'm on the 7th floor. Took some pics before checking out, the room was even nicer when I got here :)

Worked in the food and room service area for a few months between jobs. I foundthe kitchen help very experienced and friendly. Over kill on the cleaning which made me happy. Room service was fun. Lots of nice, friendly and good tippers. Place was run effectively and had a high volume of tourists which made for some great stories send conversations.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and excellent variety of pillows. The breakfast has a good variety of foods which was well stocked. There were 2 people bringing coffee and juice to the tables. It's right off the highway and very easy to get into NYC.

Staff was amongst the nicest, most efficient ever. Breakfast buffet was very good. Free, plentiful parking. Our room was very clean. The location is excellent for connecting with NY while avoiding excessive cost and congestion. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Check-in was at 3pm , I thought a little late but check out wasn't until noon so they balanced. The room was spacious we had some issue with the temperature of the room. It was unable to be fixed and they moved us to another room. The breakfast buffet was simple enough but filling. The only downside was it is in an industrial park area. So if sleeping late is your idea the trucks and the backup alarms will cancel that idea.

Front desk staff was fast, courteous, accommodating. Room was clean, stocked efficiently, television and air conditioning worked well. Not much to complain about. Quiet, clean, convenient. Price was reasonable for how close it is to NYC. Would recommend for a night or two, absolutely.

We recently stayed for a couple of days, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Marissa at the front desk was amazingly friendly and so accommodating, she made our stay even better. Hotel location is in close proximity to everything we needed, 30 minutes from Newark intl. A+

Stayed their for a friend's wedding. It was very clean. The rooms were really nice. The bathrooms were big and spacious. The complementary breakfast was really yummy. The service was very good. I'd stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza a few months ago and I just made a reservation again for next week. We have to go to New York City for doctors appts. but the hotels in the city can be quite expensive and the parking rates are not cheap either. This hotel is close to the George Washington Bridge so it takes just a few minutes to get into Manhattan. If I left something in my car, it was right outside in the free parking lot. The restaurant in the hotel is good and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. I didn't go to the cafe yet but I will check it out next week. We booked a room with a King size bed and it was very comfortable. They had extra pillows and blankets in the closet which was nice. The staff was friendly which made the hotel stay even better!!
