Ellie made our wedding cake and we couldn’t have been more pleased! It was gorgeous, exactly what we imagined, and so delicious! We had numerous compliments from guests about how good it was and my brother even said it was the best wedding cake he’s ever had! Thank you SO much Ellie! 💜

My order for a cake for my daughter’s communion exceeded my expectations! It came out amazing and absolutely delicious! I was afraid to get a cake that was not fondant thinking it would not look as pretty and smooth. But Ellie did an outstanding job with every detail of the cake. The guests raved about the appearance and taste of the cake. She also made matching cake pops that the kids devoured. I would highly recommend Ellie and will definitely be using her for future events.

I had two cupcake bouquets made for my daughters bridal shower not only did they look beautiful they tasted amazing. They were definitely the hit at the shower and Ellie is great to work with. I highly recommend her for any event you may have coming up.

Ordered cupcakes and cinnamon buns for a family member in New Jersey who was going through a hard time and they RAVED about the treats I sent. Not only were they super yummy, they were beautiful to look at and really cheered up their day! She even delivered to them, as I am in NC. I will be back for sure for birthdays and other occassions to send more goodies to my NJ fam! You will NOT regret ordering her delicious treats:) My brother said the cinnamon buns were "to die for!"

I contacted Ellie only 2 weeks before my daughter’s wedding. With such short notice - I wasn’t sure what to expect. To say that I was amazed is an understatement! We chose a picture from her website and totally customized it.. the cake was stunning and unbelievably delicious. Thank goodness I ordered a larger cake than necessary!!! My guests asked for seconds and take home boxes…

I met with several bakeries prior to finding Ellie and none of them impressed me. I felt like nothing more than a number.. just another job in the production line. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I want to feel like the person creating a cake for one of the most important days of my life, actually cares about me and cares about how my cake looks and tastes. I found that in Ellie and I'm so appreciative that I found her.

Delicious cakes made from scratch! You can even see the little vanilla beans in the cake after you cut it ❤🥰 the buttercream she uses is super smooth and not too sweet (Ellie mentioned it’s called Italian meringue buttercream and she prefers to used it over the overly sweet American buttercream). Her buttercream cakes look so smooth!! It almost looks as if they were covered in fondant 😮 The cake pops she made were delicious as well!!! They were covered with Belgian chocolate instead of candy melts. Excellent experience! Will definitely use her services again! She also offers complimentary delivery to areas close to Brielle 🤗

Halloween cake was adorable!! It looked amazing every was so impressed and tasted just as great.
