I can't express enough how happy my family and I are with Kathy Kuo's design services from start to finish. We were fully renovating our new home and were overwhelmed with all of the decisions. Jeri, Elizabeth and the team were able to relieve a lot of that pressure. Jeri really listened to what I was looking to accomplish in each room and was able to grasp my style and bring it to a level I could only dream of. She started with the layout of each room to maximize the space while accomplishing my needs in the space and then would give multiple options for the room including paint color, wallpaper, lighting, furniture, decor and more. This is a company that takes customer concerns and issues seriously. Mimi (Customer Service), was professional, courteous, informed and relentless in getting us the answer that we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. It took weeks, but she stayed on top of the issue, communicated frequently and resolved the situation. I would certainly buy from Kathy Kuo again with confidence and we love the furniture.

My first experience ordering from Kathy Kuo's company was positive and I give Roanne Cabasa, CSS, most of the credit. She walked me through the ordering process after I had a particular question about the weaving on the second tier of the coffee table. As promised, she got back to me the very next morning, first thing so I could capture the sale rate. I then asked her another question, this time via email, and she got back to again, quickly. This company overall is responsive and keeps me in the loop as far as my order. Love the quality of the merchandise and I'll be ordering again, and again... I have confidence I'll love the coffee table.

I had to initiate a return of some counter stools that I had ordered and Roanne was very diligent in supporting me throughout the process. Of note: Timely and Friendly replies to my email messages, which were many. In total, we exchanged 27 emails due to the complexity of the return. I had documented every step of the re-packing process and Roanne always thanked me for understanding the return process and protocol. When the counter stools were picked up, I emailed again to let Roanne know the items made it on the truck and asked when I could expect the refund for the chairs. To my pleasant surprise, the refund only took a few short days!

I needed some replacement parts for my patio table. My Customer Service representative Angela Villagracia was absolutely fantastic. Angela was super responsive, cared to understand the details of my request, documented and verified our conversation with me, followed up with the Parts Department immediately, and clarified all my questions. We identified exactly what I needed, which made me a very satisfied customer. While doing all this, Angela was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I never really write these reviews, but Angela's superior, excellent customer service truly deserves recognition. Honestly, I can't recall the last time I received such outstanding customer service. Thank you Angela, very much appreciated.

I recently ordered a lamp and shade, but received the incorrect shade. Angela Villagracia was very understanding, professional and communicative and got the issue resolved quickly. I was so impressed with her and will definitely order from Kathy Kuo again.

I'm glad I found this sight in search of a table for my kitchen. The furniture is curated beautifully so it's so much easier to find what I want for my home. I did have a concern over the piece I did purchase as it is an open box item, but I was reassured by the customer service agent if anything was damaged upon delivery I would be refunded accordingly. The wait time to speak with the agent was short and she was very considerate and understood my concerns.

I love Kathy Kuo Home! This is the second time I have ordered from their online store and both times the products were delivered in an appropriate/expected time frame. The quality of their products are as advertised and beautiful as they appear online. While this second order arrived with a scratch on it, Edrian Ducusin, from the customer service department was extremely communicative, helpful, and super easy to work with. Ultimately, they resolved the issue quickly and made my experience working with them delightful. I will absolutely be buying more furniture from Kathy Kuo again!

I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Jamieson and Jeri Chua Ching for our Naples build. Not only were they very responsive, but they were friendly, attentive to my requests and just an overall delight to work with. Although we have purchased from Kathy Kuo Home before, this was a different experience because I wanted to use them for the entire furniture purchase. Truth be told, I did find a few items less expensive elsewhere but I chose to stay with KKH because I knew I was in good hands and they would take care of any issues if they arose. While I haven't received my items yet, I did have some questions about the delivery process. I contacted Customer Service and had the good fortune to speak with Steven Matias. He was extremely responsive and helpful. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions. In this day and age, it's rare to find this level of customer care.

Hannah is part of Kathy Kuo's design team and she has been so responsive and helpful as I begin exploring sectional couches for my beach house remodel. I'm looking forward to receiving fabric swatches. Thank you so much Hannah!!!

Gifu at customer service was friendly and very helpful. I am so glad that I happened to find this design company online. I had my eye on two accent chests, and found the very best price at Kathy Kuo. My items haven’t shipped yet, but based on my experience so far, I have high hopes. Finding high end furnishings on line is so stressful! This company makes it so much easier!
