Holiday Inn Gw Bridge-Fort Lee Nyc Area, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were more than adequate. The customer service was incredible in a day and age in which very little customer service is expected. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. From the Gm, the front desk staff and the cleaning staff... everyone was super friendly and eager to help. A great place to stay!

Welcoming from the moment your feet hit the door. Beautiful rooms, common areas very clean, and comfortable. Food is very good, and a nice surprise is they have a nice little outside area with umbrellas tables and cute twinkle lighting. The pool is very well cared for, and beautiful area surrounding it. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Bonus ALL ROOMS have a fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine.

Great location. Great price always. Reception was great, very nice and funny too.
Room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Plenty of seating in their restaurant with waiter service whom were also very nice. I'm going up this weekend to ny, and even though it's a little far from where we are going to be, I'm booking here because it's a guaranteed good night. Plenty of free parking. WiFi was good too.

WOW.... Never have I ever went to a Holiday Inn that not only it was a very nice place to stay but the Manager Duane was very very helpful. He helped me with my refund on my hotel I accidentally made for too many nights and it was supposed to be non-refundable however he understood my situation that had happened. He showed true a customer service satisfaction and I'm very happy I chose this hotel all the rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful. I will stay here when I come back again.

If I come back to this area, this is definitely were I'm staying. Staff is wonderful all around. Rooms are great, clean, comfy, all the amenities. Restaurant n bar on site reasonably priced. They cater to their guests for sure. Thank you Holiday Inn GW Bridge, Fort Lee, NJ

The gentleman Michael was wonderful. He was helpful and polite. I had to make last minute changes and he obliged with no pushback and was extremely professional.
I asked for food options he had menus ready. Love coming here!!!!

I always choose this hotel when I’m traveling for business. It is relative close to New York. Close to fort lee downtown where you can find different restaurants, specially Korean and Asian in general. Service of the hotel is pretty good, the bar is filled with good selection on different alcohol beverages. Hotel is always clean and customer service is great!

It was an great experience. The quality of the customer service is phenominal. Dwayne at the front desk was very helpful in providing my family and I service. we relaly appreciated the great time we had. the room was clean. even brought a crib for my infant soon. but we didnt use it. Ill def come bacc.

clean but a lil outdated I felt comfy and my rate was $158 online when reserved room , my check out bill came up to $120 so thanks for the 6 hour stay that was well need and unplanned .

My brother & I stayed here over labor day weekend & didn't have 1 problem. Staff was helpful, rooms were nice, shuttle driver was cool. Plan on staying here my next trip to NYC

Very nice, comfortable after a long day in the city. Easy trip into NYC, as they have a shuttle van to drop u off for a reasonable fee, per person.

The hotel's location, which can be a tad difficult to access during rush hour, is otherwise very well placed to access uptown NYC as well as the greater north NJ area. The hotel is well appointed with a friendly and elfin staff. The on premises lounge and restaurant offer a limited selection of food, but at surprisingly reasonable prices given the area. Amenities include a well kept and secluded outdoor pool area and a mini golf course.

Evening check.. Front desk gentleman very polite efficient. King/pull couch.. Smelled fresh no smoke.. bathroom clean. Linens fresh soft. Food delivery options available. Great Night sleep.

Even though things changed in this Hotel. For Example: They Restaurant part in this hotel, still get a 5 Star.....The manger Randy is so Professional and very Outstanding person. Thanks for your patience.

Great staff.. we showed up late for breakfast and they brought the food bak out so we could eat.. real class act... prices were ok too.. would definately stay there again... thanks

I love this place. Clean and staff is friendly. No breakfast now due to Covid-19. But when its back running. Their breakfast is popping good.

This was my 2and visit to the hotel. The location is convenient as it is miles to work site. Staff was very friendly and service was great. I will be back.

Rooms are nice and clean my only complaint was that there's only 1 person at the front desk which made Check out / in take a little long but besides that fantastic

Shuttle service to NY-Presbyterian. Competent hotel with attached restaurant, with NJ prices but just over the GW bridge to hospital. Nice. Will be back.
