Water pipe broke in adjacent home causing water seepage and damage in 3 rooms. ServPro came to assess the damage next morning and sent a crew to remove flooring, carpets, set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold,etc. Also saved my new dining room furniture from any water. Grateful to ServPro and their entire crew for a job well done! Thank you!

My hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the entire room that we used as an office-unfortunately it happened at my shore house so didn’t really know when it happened
I called Servpro as soon as I discovered the damage-I had used them once before n was very pleased. Chris was exceptional-I met with him a few times and he was so helpful with picking out the flooring and carpet among other things. The appt. were made for my convience n he was always on time! Kudos to Chris. Also, thank you to Brian for the initial estimate!

2nd time having to use SERVPRO of Toms River for water damage unfortunately. Fortunately for us ServPro of Toms River was there to get our house back in order. They are great at what they do. Great communication from the office and the Technicians. They thoroughly explain the work being done and answered all questions.

Without a doubt Roland Miller and Marvey Blanco from Servpro in Toms River treated the mold in our basement from water damage with excellence. Their attention to details was impressive. They arrived on time and didn’t waste time. They were fully prepared to do removals and then treat every area. The blowers are full blast so the antibacterial solution can do its job to kill mold. Roland , marvel and Warner were very professional and and informative to us with our loss, they answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable.

We had a fire and our insurance company hooked us up with Serve Pro. After reading national reviews I was a bit hesitant as they were pretty miserable. Man did these folks prove those reviews wrong. They were amazing. Professional, thorough, trustworthy and courteous. They cleaned every spot smoke would go, which is pretty much everything and everywhere. Thank you so much to Jim and his team.
