The rental company itself was very accommodating but the landlord for oceans Club at Mantoloking apartment 4203 mr. Paul piantino was the worst landlord I've ever had and claims damages without providing any proof so that he can renew stuff and his place without having to pay himself. I do like the rental company but stay away from that landlord it's not worth the money the apartment was outdated and not very accommodating.
