Dawn Tonnessen became our agent just prior to the Covid outbreak in 2020. We had to put our search on hold for months due to the pandemic.However, throughout 2020 Dawn never stopped reaching out to us to check in and to offer her assistance. We restarted our search again in in late 2020 and Dawn was always available for calls and showings. When we encountered issues/delays with the sale of our home in NY, Dawn remained patient and steadfast in guiding us through the process. Usually I don’t leave reviews if I haven’t completely done business with a company but the rudeness I just received is disgusting. So I just called one of their agents Michael B. in regards to a home I seen online. The home was listed for sale but I wanted to reach out and see if the owners had any interest in renting as the property has been posted for over 90 days and per the history it has had multiple pending sales that did not go through. Instead of the agent just saying “at this time the owners wish to only sell”. He goes on to say “it was a flip, they are not selling. Listen here, people who want to sell, sell and people who want to rent, rent. Instead of you wasting your time making these phone calls I suggest you find a rental site and look up rentals”. I did not change a thing. That is exactly what he said. Rude and disgusting. But I love when people show their true colors in the beginning. Now I know to never do business with them. So thank you in advance Michael.

Update: So I called the main office because I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. A male by the name of Brian answered and I asked him if I could be transferred over to the supervisor or manager for Michael B. He said no problem and placed me on hold. Guess who Brian puts on the phone... Michael B. That’s all the clarity I need that the whole company is unprofessional. If I ask for management why would you put the person who I have an issue with on the phone? Once again thanks for showing those true colors in advance.

Terrible asked for a comparable market analysis Esfandiar “Ed” Rajaei not only didn’t get it to me in time which he had 2 days that do the work..,it didn’t have my address even listed on it none were even in my neighborhood which many have sold this year on my block alone. Numbers were wrong and when I called him he brought up that I was outside with my dog... my husband own the house and this was a courtesy to him so he wouldn’t get bit and my cat run away and shouldn’t matter if I’m present or not when I don’t own it. He didn’t look at the yard, basement or garage and sat at the table just trying to pitch a customer. Not helpful at all.
