Horrible experience with one of their realtors, Irene. My girlfriend and I put an offer on a house Irene was selling. We got our offer in very quickly and when our realtor tried to contact Irene, all she did was beat around the bush and said “she couldn’t talk to the seller about our offer as this moment”. No communication whatsoever despite our realtor reaching out many times. She told our realtor “she’ll get back to her later with a response” only to find out the seller already accepted an offer. She didn’t even have the common courtesy to let us know the our offer wasn’t accepted. How is it possible that you can’t talk to the seller, then suddenly accept an offer? Cowardly if you ask me. Completely unethical and unprofessional.
