Baron's Bagels - Point Pleasant

Hands down, these are the biggest bagels I have ever seen in my life! Now, coming from a Brooklyn family, I have certainly had my share of bagels. These were not only enormous, but they were tasty! Great selection of different flavors and they also carry a few gluten-free options (though smaller) for those that need them. Great service - not a long wait. Fun place to check out!

Can't beat Baron's. Some parking out front, prepare for a wait (or call in your order ahead). Bagels are amazing, large with a soft inside and nice crust. Porkroll is a meal in itself. Will always be my go-to spot for good reason. CASH ONLY ATM on site but avoid the fees and bring cash

These bagels were amazing!!! Our eyes were bigger than our bellies and we wanted to try everything. We finally decided on the steak, egg, and cheese bagel (toasted) and bacon, egg, and cheese (toasted). Our daughter got a planning rainbow bagel that was stacked with cream cheese. My husband and I shared a French toast bagel with Mueller's crumb bun cream cheese and the everything bagel with plain cream cheese (all were toasted).
I have never had an everything bagel that was that flavorsome... Seriously the best I've ever had! The French toast bagel was no different... With the flavored Mueller's crumb bun cream cheese; it was out of this world! When we come to visit we will always go back (maybe even tomorrow lol). The staff was wonderful and you can tell they are one of the local's favorite places... It was busy!

I don't think I would care to ever get bagels from anywhere else again. I learned what an everything bagel should taste like today. We got an amazing rainbow plain bagel for my daughter and two breakfast sandwiches that were killer. The French toast bagel with Mueller's crumb bun cream cheese almost made me cry.

After forgetting two plain bagels as part of my door dash order, they sent out another delivery person to bring the missing bagels. They gave us four additional free bagels along with this nice note. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone takes responsibility for them and makes things right. Great food and excellent service!

I love Barons, been going since I was a teenager. Usually get pork roll or Turkey sausage..I am pregnant and was craving bacon and it was delicious! 😊

Bagels are big and delicious. Everyone is friendly even if the line is long it moves very quickly. It's cash only but they do have an ATM on-site.

Take out only. This place has the absolute BEST bagels, not only down the Jersey Shore, but on the planet !!! Get one with bacon, egg and cheese? Now I’m hungry again. Cash only and if you forget there is an ATM inside for your convenience.

Easily one of the best bagel places in NJ, No Joke they had 2x the amount of pork roll of any place I've ever been to, 4 slices on a pork roll egg and cheese

Best Bagels I have had in a while. I love Baron’s Bagels. Their bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown is delicious and a great price for the big bagel you get. Their other bagels are amazing. Highly recommend the French toast bagel. It is cash only, but they have an atm in there which is very convenient!

Fantastic bagels and enough cream cheese to satisfy anyone. Eating one makes me feel like it's Thanksgiving. Staff is super friendly and helpful too.

The only issue with this place is that’s it’s so busy! My favorite bagel place in town and the bagels are consistently done well. Highly recommend coming here. FYI: CASH ONLY

So, this is the thing. I have been living down this way for a few years now. Originally I am from north NJ, much closer to Manhattan, and much closer to the Mecca of Bagel. Even central and southward, it is hard to find a NY style bagel. I thought I did find something close enough to it down here, and I was happy; felt lucky, living in the bliss that is ignorance. I was never going to try another bagel here. I found great bagels close enough -- until I randomly found Baron's on Google searching for bagels and decided to veer from the norm. First, the crowd here on a Sunday morning reminds me of the best bagel places from my hometown. Filled to absolute capacity, people squeezing in like sardines in a can. Instantly I knew this would be a winner. I got an onion bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox. Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa...I'm just going to say it. They're even better than what I got back up north. This place is it. I can't go anywhere else ever again. The bagels. The lox. The cream cheeses. The vegetable cream cheese. Once you go Baron's you can never go back, I guess.

Always a great spot for breakfast and lunch and it's great that it's around the corner from my work.

Literally the best jersey bagels I've ever had. I compare everything to Baron's now! Only downside is they only take cash and the atm fees are annoying. Other than that great place - must visit! Bring cash!!
