Mattress Firm Brick

I just spoke to Tom at Mattress Firm in Brick Nj. He was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with exactly what I needed. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from a Mattress Firm store in the past 4 months and I highly recommmend these stores to everyone.

Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful.
He helped me pick something that was budget friendly and comfortable. Looking forward to receiving my new mattress!

Michelle was very helpful and accommodating. Needed a box spring right away and they had one in stock. Transaction was very smooth. In and out within a half hour. Great place to shop. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I was stuck in mattress overload and Mattress Firm was very patient with me. Terrific price (and believe me I looked everywhere) and great service!

I was very happy with the prices and customer service I received when getting my new mattresses. The manager Sean was awesome and helped me so much. I ended up liking one mattress more than the other so with their amazing return window I was able to switch it out and get two of the same. There were some technicalities that needed to be figured out and Sean and the rest of the team helped me out a lot figuring everything out. Thanks!!!

Corey was awesome! Terrific customer service and he was very patient with me. He was working in a store that had no AC. It’s 90° today outside and even hotter in the store. Corey gave me excellent customer service while working in a sauna! Management could have brought the young man a floor fan.
