The Home Depot

Had to pick up some screws and fastners at home depot today and I needed a bit for some screws to fasten some wood working material that I was working on. I must say the gentleman that helped me. His name was Ed, he took good care of me and found the tool bit that I needed to fasten the screws into the deck. He was very nice and took his time to help me. I love when I go to home depot. And there's somebody there to assist me with certain things that I need.

The review is for the 2 people not for the store. We were looking for AC in the last hour of closing. The man that helped us was awesome ! Very helpful ty. :) greatly appreciate it!!! Also the guy in the paint section was helpful pointing us to the right direction. You two are awesome! Ty so much!!!!

Shout out to Andrew and Harold, two great guys that helped us load 3000 lbs of stone into two vehicles. They went out of their way to hand load some into one vehicle so we didn't go over weight capacity on the truck. Good looking out guys, I hope home depot is taking care of you!

Guy in plumbing was great. Threaded a piece of pipe for me and saved me tons of time and was very knowledgeable in the plumbing department.

I love this Home Depot. It has the best and friendliest staff of helpers. When I can't find something, they always take their time to walk with me to the exact spot I need to go. They always offer advise when I need it and the cashiers are super also, willing to help with self serve registers. Super friendly. Love you guys.

Has anyone who knows home Depot knows, it's the home depot. They have what you need, and you buy it. You might not get the greatest service from the people on the floors, but I don't expect as much. I expect to know what I want when I go in. They do a great job.

I went here to buy deck screws. Upon shopping I had an emergency and had to use the shitta, employee pointed me to the right direction with class and professionalism. Bathrooms clean I was able to use toilet paper and wash my hands afterwards. Purchased deck screws quick and easy. 8 / 5

I am usually a Lowe's girl, mostly because of the proximity to my home. However, I went to Home Depot because Lowe's didn't have what I needed in stock. What a great experience. Customer service desk was very helpful and attentive. Especially the gentleman Frank who helped me. He was kind, friendly, very helpful and looked like he was having a great time while laboring on Labor day! Very refreshing to see and I am thankful!

Had an issue with a rental but Dan from the tool rental department and the Manager of the store Amena were very helpful and very professional. Thank you!

I have used this store many times. The employees are nice and helpful. I don't understand how any employee can get their freight packed out and job done with all the questions they get from customers. If managers are mad at their employees for not stocking shelves fast enough they should realize their employees get a lot of questions. Just yesterday I was in the store on my phone looking up reviews for products sold in the store to see what how good they were and what people thought of them. An employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. After looking online I thought they sold a hand pick axe in store which I was going to use to break up hard snow that the plows plowed my driveway in with. I only saw pick axes with large handles so I asked this employee who was helping me out about it. He recommended that I use a transfer shovel he used to break up hard snow. I didn't even think about using a transfer shovel so I bought one. I haven't needed to use it yet but I think it will work good when we get snow again. I have asked employees about other things I needed or wanted to buy and they always help out, are knowledgeable and recommend things that end up working for me. I got keys made up here and they came out good. I have also never had an issue returning things to this store.

This particular site is always busy and the parking/roads nearby can be difficult to navigate, so ensure you follow signs and be courteous while driving here. The staff is always helpful, stock is always full and the isles are always well maintained ad clean. Great location!
