Highly recommend! The best chicken pot pie & key lime pie around. Plus many other wonderful desserts like our favorites: crumb cake & brownies!!! Yum! And the owners are wonderful people! You will find crafts & treats on their shelves for sale by local vendors! They are true supporters of the community!

502 has been one of my long time favorite local bakeries! Their key lime pie pops are literally heaven on earth and their custom birthday cakes make me look forward to celebrating getting older each year! Also their bacon, cheddar maple scones are a real TREAT, simply divine. You can taste the freshness, quality of ingredients, love, care and skill that goes into everything they make.

There choices are amazing. The crumb cake was remarkable. The coconut cream pie was the best I ever had. The cookies are top notch. We also had a full sheet birthday which was exceptional. Would highly recommend 502 Bakery to anyone who is looking for the best.

We have been going to 502 Baking Company since it opened and highly recommend them! We have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the bakery, the friendly staff and their helpful service. For those who need a lactose free selection, the owner has always been very helpful in recommending and providing us with a great selection that includes assorted cookies, which were a hit with everyone, as was the apple crumb pie. We also recommend the cheese crumb cake, the biscotti and scones. Nice to have you in the neighborhood!

This bakery just made a donation of baked goods to my sister's volunteer organization, The Food Angels, to feed homeless in Brick. Extraordinarily generous, AND delicious! Really above and beyond! Thanks so much; very appreciated!

I recently started working in Brick and some of my clients have told me about this bakery, specifically the key lime pie, so when I needed to get a cake for my employee I decided to take the trip. Just spotted this absolute gem!! Stopped in to order their famous carrot cake for my colleague’s work anniversary, and got a Key Lime Bite for myself. Key Lime is my FAVORITE, and I order it whenever I see it on a dessert menu. Well, this was the BEST I’ve ever had, hands down!! I will be stopping in here on the regular from now on! Friendly, helpful staff, too! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been loyal to 502 for years now; hands down the most delicious baked goods around. We’ve tried almost everything and it’s always so fresh and so delicious; you can taste the love that it’s prepared with. Our top favorites: chicken pot pie (best I’ve ever had ) , eclairs, cheese crumb is a staple in our home, donuts, cupcakes, chocolate crème pie and on Mother’s Day we had the edible chocolate cups with raspberry or cannoli filling, they went so fast I couldn’t even take a picture. I highly recommend them. The store is clean and the employees are incredible If you haven’t tried it you must! Thank you for all of your amazing goodies.

It is not surprising to hear that people drive hours to come to 502! The smell....OMG...the smell!! Their baked goods are unmatched! I love supporting this small business! Everything I have had has been amazing, but I love, love, love the cheese crumb (photo)! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! You won't be disappointed!

This is my new bakery go-to for life!
I live in a town where there are not many bakeries nearby, and so I have to drive a good 20 minutes to get to one. I drove to my usual place to have a cake made for my mother in law for her birthday, and it turned out that they were closed. I panicked and searched for whatever was nearby and discovered 502 Baking Company. All I can say is it must've been written in the starts because everything they make is PHENOMENAL! I've never had gluten free treats before and the ones that they make are AMAZING! The cake that I ordered was a vanilla cake with strawberries, whipped cream, and it was decorated beautifully-- the taste was divine! My husband and I both agreed that this was one of the best cakes that we've EVER had! Everyone including my mother in law enjoyed it very much. I am so happy that we discovered this place, and got to meet some great people-- the owner and her partner.

Wow. This is an amazing place. Not only is the food exceptional, both gluten free and and not. The family that owns the bakery are so kind! They really made my heart smile with their genuine goodness. They are friendly and just really great people. This is a business anyone would be more than happy to support !

My Mother in law was turning 81 during a pandemic. We searched for a bakery near her to deliver a cake. In all of Tom's River we couldn't find one to deliver. Then I found 502 Baking in Brick. They were 15 miles away...but did offer delivery, so I sent them an email. I knew it was a long shot since they were so far away. Well, even though their delivery radius was 5 miles, Les (one of the owners) agreed to deliver a cake to her on her birthday. They took payment over the phone and even included a beautiful candle with the cake. Not only was the customer service of this bakery 5 stars...but the cake looked gorgeous. And according to my Mother in law, absolutely delicious. The delivery made her day! Les delivered it himself and even chatted with my Mother in law when he did....which also made her day. :)
Thanks guys for helping us give her a nice birthday! We celebrated via zoom and were all jealous watching her eat her cake.

What a great find conveniently located off Brick Blvd! Toni and her team at 502 bake everything fresh and delicious. The key lime pie is out of this world! The staff is very accommodating, providing superior customer service. This is now my go to on Sunday's for coffee and pastries after church!

This is the best key lime pie I’ve ever had and maybe also the best chocolate chip cookie and carrot cake square. Everything tastes fresh out of the oven and so flavorful. This is suchhhhh a good find that I drive a far distance for.

I have lived in Brick for the majority of my life and only discovered this hidden little gem last year. If you are looking for authentic homemade desserts this your place. They are known for their Key Lime Pie (seriously one of the best I've ever had) and Cheese Crumb Cake. The owners are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with whatever you order. They also have a nice selection of vegan and gluten free options which is hard to find in this area. I can honestly say everything I have tried so far has been top notch and I am very picky. If you haven't tried them, it's definitely worth a trip in, you won't be disappointed.
