I spent an entire day trying to get through the automated phone system to a live person. The staff is not subpar they are Stupid, inept & ineffective and totally incompetent. Not totally. After trying all day long to get an appointment, l was told that they COULD NOT SEE ME WITHOUT A MEDICARE CARD which was stolen from me when l was in a nursing home. When I told her that l had waited 3 hrs. At the SS office & had a letter of determination from them l was told that they
would not be able to get me in without a Medicare card. When l asked Medicare about it they said that the letter of intent was more than adequate to bill them & wanted to know’what was wrong with them. Don’t know & don’t care. No doctor is worth seeing enough to put up with the fact that the office staff is incapable of functioning properly.

I saw Dr. Salib, who is new to the practice. Very friendly and he took the time to really understand my issue. My number one thing that I look for in any doctor is if it feels like they take you seriously. Dr. Salib did take me seriously and he promptly began going through the process of getting me taken care of for the issue that I went to see him for. I feel very confident having him taking care of my issue.

I just want to write a review because the bad reviews on here made me so scared to go to this office. Let me tell you… I had the best experience I could’ve had! I was seen quickly, dr was very thorough, he was patient, kind, and listened to my concerns etc. please do not look at the negative reviews, and see for yourself. I left there feeling relieved that this dr is finally going to help my issue and QUICKLY too. Also I see a lot of negative reviews on the front desk staff, I thought they were fabulous as well.

My experience is and has been excellent!!! I have been going to Dr. Stoneham for several years and I am fully satisfied with my care. Very efficiently run office! He is not "chatty". However he always inquires about my aches, pains and needs! He listens! He answers any and all my questions. He is my doctor - not my "buddy". I have full confidence in him and his abilities.

Dr. Ferlise is the best. He is extremely efficient and very thorough, takes time to explain everything. Would recommend him to everyone. The staff at the Toms River office is excellent as well.

The doctors are great but the reception staff is sub par at best.
Multiple times when calling the office I have been waiting for over a minute in the phone queue for an answer only to have someone pick up, I can hear them speaking to someone in the background and then they will just hang up without saying a word!
And when I do get through to someone willing to answer the phone I got put on hold for 5+ minutes and their phone system kicked me back to the main line again where it just rang and rang for 2 minutes before I decided to hang up.
Still waiting on my test results!

Registration process and in trying to schedule an appointment, having whoever you were speaking to hanging up on you because they don't like the tone you're using, doesn't really rate too high for me.
We were contacted by the doctor's office to call back and tell whoever answered the phone that we received a callback from them and were scheduling an initial appointment.
The woman we spoke with on calling back started the registration process we already gave on first call all over again. Over this frustration we became upset, do not know who we were speaking to but she didn't like the tone we were using and hung up on us. Seriously a member of a medical staff hanging up on a patient in distress, no matter what, was unheard of years back. Not anymore I guess.

Never seen such a dangerously chaotic , Insufficient, disorganized, UNPROFESSIONAL Dangerous and careless Facility in my life Or Anywhere Where people receive Medical treatment . An absurd amount of both HIPAA and health violations were even the staff are affected but scared to speak up and lose your job. Horrible Management. Employees picked off the street no background check or drug test or training . Patients medications scripts get lost ,stolen or thrown away, or dismissed and ignored. And PLEASE Do not ever work here. They haze the new staff, the manager believes the lies her pet employees give her and she fires people from their false feedback. This facility has truly made me sick to my stomach shame on you!!

Doctor Howard refused to see my son, who is recovering from surgery from a urological problem. No reason given, just had the receptionist tell me the the doctor "will not accommodate him". It wasn't a scheduling problem, since she wasn't told to schedule him for an appointment even though they are booking far in the future. He just deemed my son unworthy of being seen. That's the mark of a bad doctor. Cold, uncaring and not worth our time.

My husband had an appointment here today and when he showed up they told him the doctor left. He was told someone “should” have called... well they didn’t and just wasted his time leaving work to go there. When he asked if he could reschedule the receptionist was extremely rude and told him he had to wait until she was done with whatever else she was doing. After several minutes of being ignored he left. I’m not surprised by all the bad reviews on here, clearly this place is unorganized and needs better management and training on how to treat patients. He will not be going back and I suggest no one waste their time and make an appointment because who knows if the dr will even be there when you show up.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Every time I called (no matter what time of day), I was put on a hold and the recording said I was in queue to speak to the receptionist. The receptionist never answered. Instead I would just get a voicemail. I left 5 voicemails asking if they were accepting new patients and never received a return call. So beyond unprofessional!

Tried calling to make a first time appointment. Receptionist basically grilled me on why I needed a urologist and stopped seeing my last one. Didn't like the amount of questioning, so will not be seeing this practice.

There is no bed side manner with these doctors they will not let you talk about your situation.if they cannot help they will not research your problem.don't go here.This is not a group for older patients.
