Well I was lucky and got what I needed no line!. Amazing, fresh, friendly, great parking which is a must. Elisa is a sweetie pie no wonder her vast array of delectable delights are so incredible. If there is a line it's worth the wait. Or just call ahead. Below a cheese cake. Delish

We were on our way to visit friends in Lakewood and saw Elisa's Bakery. We wanted to bring some dessert to their home so we stopped there. The variety of the baked goods was unending so it was hard to decide! Settled on a scrumptious blueberry/cheese cake and some almond paste cookies with pignoli nuts on top. These were so delicious that I cannot stop thinking about them. Do yourself a favor and pop in here. You'll be back!

Hands down the absolute BEST cannoli cake and pastries at the shore! We drive 20+ minutes to come here for all of our cakes. Elisa did my wedding cake and the guests still talk about how delicious it was almost 2 years later! She has done many other cakes for us over the years and there's no other bakery that comes close!!! THE BEST!!!

Wow, I have been looking for a bakery because LaScala’s in toms River went downhill. I don’t know what happened over here they don’t even know what real butter is anymore or the cookies taste the same the cannoli cream and the French cream I don’t even know what kind of ingredients they put into it but I think they get it at the dollar tree. I walked into Elise‘s the other day. This place is not only big and clean but everything I bought pastries everything was good 🙂 you really can’t find a real bakery anymore and an Italian deli those days are long gone people let’s say they like the delis in toms River don’t know what a good Italian deli is what is Elise‘s bakery is good not the best I’ve ever been to which will never happen again, but it’s good and I will definitely go back there

I started coming here about 2 years ago. This is the best bakery in the area by far. I've tried numerous cakes and pastries. I think their prices are fair and the quality is fantastic. I would love to share my favorites but I love everything I've tried here.

Just when I thought old fashioned pride and quality were extinct, I experience the best of the best bakeries! Second to none chocolate cake, cannoli filling and whipped cream. Everything they have is excellent. Don’t expect to run in and out, as local traffic makes this establishment busy every second they are open. Elisa, please don’t ever close…you’ve spoiled me and I’m hooked. Thank you!!!

Elisa’s Bakery did such an amazing job on my daughters 1st birthday cake and smash cake. I was beyond blown away when I saw the cakes and was amazed at how great they were! They tasted amazing and I seriously could not have asked for a better place to make my daughters cake! We will definitely be using this bakery again and I highly recommend!

Loved it! Went there as a last resort, because I couldn't find a bakery open. Well, I was so surprised. I said, this is my new place for cakes. I got a cake with Italian custard as a filling, with chocolate cake. Beautifully done. Oh, and the taste. Well, I could have eaten the whole thing! It was that good. Enjoy!!

Went to order a cake, woman was very helpful. While I was there, checked out the beautiful pastries. Of course I had to buy a loaf of seeded Italian bread and 2 apple turnovers. Can't wait to go back to get the cake next week.

I have high standards for baked goods (being a baker myself & always trying different bakery’s) and I rate Elisa’s 10/10 ! I recommend 100% to any dessert lovers who appreciate delicious high quality sweets

I am originally from north Jersey and because a friend of mine brought Pastries to my home from Elisas she has my business! This bakery has to be from up north because it tastes like home. I love this place so much that we ordered our sons baptism cake from here. Every single guest asked me where the cake was from. It was the BEST I ever had! It was also designed to a T! Elisa's has a large variety of Pastries and makes the absolute BEST Wedding Cakes! We gave them a picture of what we liked with our color scheme and they made even better. They even made one layer with Whipped cream instead of Butter cream to make the Bride(me) happy!

I purchased a sheet cake, chocolate and cannoli for 40 people. It was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about it!! Thank you!!!

Excellent cakes cookies and pastries. I come here quite often and they never seem to disappoint. My favorite is the pear almond tart....delicious, fresh, moist. Love!

Elisa was wonderful. She met with us personally to go over all the different wedding cake combinations, she was patient with us when deciding and provided such wonderful input as to what is customary and what would be best for day of.
The cake turned out beautiful and so delicious.

Got my wedding cake from here which was outrageously great. The top tier was gluten free chocolate cake with fresh blue berries and whip cream and the bottom tiers were chocolate and vanilla cake with strawberry filling and butter cream . It was top notch and looked beautiful, thanks!

It was 7th grade and before COVID-19 came my dad and I went out for some treats for my mother, brother and for my father and I. So far the baked goods were great. Especially the carrot cake. I would love to come more often in the future. Especially the food brings so much joy even at the worse times. :) I definitely recommend!!!

I went today and bought prosciutto bread, focaccio bread and pastries.

Everything was delicious and authentic.
I'll definitely be going back!
