Best Western Fort Lee

Maybe I had low expectation. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was 2am, I needed a quiet room to get rest after a 30 hour travel, a clean bathroom to take shower, good wifi for video conference in the morning, conveniently located since I had to get to NY after, and served breakfast. Well breakfast was a shame but I was very happy with clean room and bathroom. Even had good TV, with my SciFi channel! I'm usually very picky with rooms. I looked for stains and hair on sheets and towels and floor but found none and then was able to relax. Considering I had no reservation and quickly Google mapped it to book it, I was very happy.

Be careful when leaving. It can be dangerous as the location is on the highway of route 4. Make sure the road is clear from vechiles when driving off the ramp of the hotel.

Small but clean rooms. Plenty of parking, great staff! Easy access to the city

I was moving my son into Hell's Kitchen NYC, so we drove from Massachusetts the night before and stayed at this Best Western to be close the next day. The motel didn't look great from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room & bathroom, the comfort of the beds, the water pressure, and the amount of towels, tissues, and toilet paper. It took us less than 30 minutes to get to my son's new apartment in Hell's Kitchen. Our room (B241) with two double beds was $150 after taxes and fees. I take one star from service because I had to wait a couple of minutes at the front desk before a young man came out, buttoning his shirt only halfway as he exited the back room. We checked in around 7:00pm so not an off-hour.

The young lady that checked me in was super sweet. The bathroom was new and clean and the room was super clean. I was happy with my stay. Walls are a little thin if you're looking for privacy I would suggest maybe somewhere else. But it was perfect for what I needed it for, to be close to work and get there quickly.

Room was clean we showed up really late I booked on hotels then showed up took a min to get checked in but the girl there knew what she was doing and answered my questions and let me know things I didn't know before about the process. All in all great stay for one night it was super clean updated the beds were fine even though it was a double and not 2 queens but can't really complain I'd rather have a full in a clean place then a queen in a dirty place

Even off of route 4 this place was quiet, newly renovated and had a real breakfast.

I wasn't plannig on going up the Turnpike but I did. Found this great hotel. Clean and convient to where I was. I thought I was lost but I trusted the GPS and made it here. It's going on my list of favorite hotels. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great location near George Washington Bridge to NYC. Our room was clean, bathroom clean and bed is comfy...plus quiet. The little fridge was clean and good to keep our drinks nice and cold. Enjoyed our stay...just right.

Awesome Service. 👌 receptionist outstanding. Thank you Fab. The rooms is always clean and smells very good. Staff is friendly when I request new towels and wash cloths. Grounds are always clean. Parking is always available.

The room was spotless and the staff and service were outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and the lobby has a very welcoming atmosphere. Our stay was quiet and comfortable which is what we needed.

I booked this hotel online and was pleasantly satisfied when we arrived. The room was neat and clean and had all the necessary ammenities. Most surprising was the free breakfast provided. The lobby was quite small but the breakfast offerings were extensive and very good. The young lady working there was very attentive and made sure everything was replenished.

At first I was skeptical about the hotel being that the other hotels within 10 miles had horrible reviews. They proved that they were not one of those. From day one at check in the visit was pleasant till the last minute we were there. Seriously, when do you hug your hotel employees goodbye and walk out with sadness that you are leaving? Not many times. Well, this is how we ended our stay. Hugs and sadness that we had to leave. The staff was always up to speed on everything. They always wore a beautiful happy positive smile and were truly there to make your stay a memorable one. The best service I ever got from a hotel. I recommend them to anyone who has a family. They made sure there was enough food for the babies and made sure they were happy each morning after breakfast. No matter what time we came in the office they always had a pleasant smile and manager was by far a true dedicated to customer service manager. Heard my granddaughter crying and offered his help with anything we needed. Ladies in the office offered every ounce of assistance each and every day till the last moment we were there. I truly cannot say anything negative about my stay. I will for sure visit there again. Thank you Kim and your entire staff.

WELCOMING, CLEAN NEAT AND SIMPLE

The front desk clerks where very welcoming at check in and check out. They where smiling and created a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was very neat and clean. Wasn't expecting anything fancy given the size of the hotel but as far as cleanliness it was very surprisingly impressive.

I've stayed at the Best Western in Fort Lee, twice, 15 years apart. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is pleasant and helpful and the location ( a little tricky to find) was ideal for our stays.

SUPER clean and VERY well maintained older hotel. Basically the entire room is new inside. Exactly what I needed for a quick business trip, great value. Wonderful staff. Convenient location. I'd stay here again!

We come to NYC every 10 to 12 weeks. For us and our needs this is a great place. It is not a true 5 star .... super fancy.... noses in the air place, but a nice place to rest your head. When we consider access to NYC, price, parking, ease of going out to shop or get food it is 5 stars for us.

While no restaurant on premises the area has a huge selection of good eats and shopping, and is pretty easy to get around. (If you stay away from the main roads.) Bring a map to help get around or have your GPS take alternate routes in place of "shortest ".

The free parking a huge plus for us. It is neat and clean in our experience. They are doing renovations so it will be even better in the future.

The motel is affordable and clean, is not a hotel people should know the differences , I had a great stay the room is modern and comfortable and everything was clean! The breakfast was decent the only negative thing is that the coffee machine was broken and check out time should be at 12pm instead of 11pm other than that I would return.

Sometimes toilet seat broken and falling off with wife on ,not good. The WF for room would not work in room did work in hall.
Then the air conditioner could not be shut off. They did offer to change room again but late and very tired, we bundled up and bed.
Got bill at front desk ,was regular rate not AAA rate we booked
We and our group will continue to stay here because of years using this was only poor stay!...
PS The manager “Christine”? Was very good and the final billing reflected the proper charges.See you in October.

The hotel was great.. I have gone twice so far. Its great price and 15 min from the Bronx.. Front Desk was quick and helpful.. The heat wasnt working in the room. But we were provided with a portable heater that heated theentire room Great Safe andcozy.. The bed was so comfortable.. Love it. Go for the night its a great get away right over the bridge....
