Amazing customer service! My mother in law and I stopped in to look at baby furniture and our expectations were exceeded! They have a number of items to look at in person but also more online. And I love how brightly lit the store is. We already had a model in mind but Sidney and Joe made the ordering/delivery process seamless. Communication was clear and just an overall wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend checking out Piccolino Baby!

I mail ordered several car seats over the phone. Their customer service was outstanding. They were prompt, polite, and took excellent care of me. I highly recommend them and will absolutely order from them again without hesitation. Good customer service is hard to find these days. They exceeded my expectations!!!

I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Piccalino baby. Not only did they have the best price on the wagon I purchased, it was delivered in less than 48 hours. Not even the manufacturer could beat the price or delivery time. I also received points that I was able to purchase accessories for my wagon at no additional cost. The customer service was fantastic. I haven’t retrieved my items as of yet BUT I called the store prior to making the purchase. The individual I spoke with checked to see if the item was in stock and it was. Placed the order same day and I already have a tracking status of the order arriving next day. This company means business and I’m glad I did it with them! Thank you for your professionalism.

The service is outstanding, before purchase, and especially after purchase. When I had an issue, they offered to repair my high chair and delivered it to my door the next day free of charge. Highly recommend!

Piccolino is amazing. First off, the location is so pristine, picturesque, clean. It's mom and pop, which means they care about the customers on an individual basis. Very sweet, knowledgeable team. Also, it smells nice and they were playing cool music. I just had to take out my camera and grab pictures. I'm so happy we found Piccolino.

I recently moved out of state and needed a new bed for my toddler. The best price for the bed that I loved was from this seller. I was hesitant to place an order due to some negative reviews on social media etc. I needed to decide between ordering from Amazon, Walmart, or Piccolino which I’ve never heard of before. I emailed customer service with questions twice and received prompt responses both times. I decided I preferred to order directly from the small business and took the chance. It took only one business day for them to process my order and ship it out. Once shipped, I received my item in two days from NJ to TN. Overall, my out of state transaction only took a few days and exceeded my expectations. My husband put the bed together tonight and it is perfect. I’m very happy with the purchase and my entire experience was positive. I would order from them again.

Ordered October 27th and got October 31st ! I read a lot about how awful this company is and i was worried but i am so happy with how quickly this got to me! Definitely had to come on here and make a good review

Needed to cancel an order and upgrade to the next step up. Customer service was excellent. I was refunded my original purchase and if it had already left the warehouse he would send me a prepaid return label to send back. Received the order we wanted it came in two days and arrived in great condition. Very happy with our purchase. They have definitely gained a new returning customer.

Piccolino baby has exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. There was a small incident which was not their fault but they have still decided to fix the issue which I am so grateful for. They have quick customer service whether by email or by phone and their shipping seems to be extremely quick based off of the time I placed my order and the time they shipped it off to the carrier. I called the store last week to inquire about the Nuna Triv stroller. It’s been out of stock everywhere and I finally came across the Piccolino website with it marked in stock. A gentleman confirmed with me they did in fact have a couple of them and then placed the order for me over the phone right then. I immediately got my confirmation/receipt sent to my email. Tracking info was not included, but I called and they gave it to me right away. It arrived today a week after placing the order (even with the holiday) and it’s absolutely perfect! Very happy with the service and the product. Thank you!!

Update: mistakes were made piccolino took responsibility, corrected the issue and gave me 20% off. I delt with Sidney he was great. I’m told I will have delivery by tomorrow thank you guys so much for correcting the mistake so quickly.

My Christmas is screwed. Ordered wonder-fold w4 luxe black Camo from you guys on Amazon yesterday. It showed up to my house today but you sent the W2 (2seater). Checked my order thinking maybe I screwed up but nope it was you. Called amazon customer service they explained I had to get a return slip and return the item. I brought item to USPS for drop off half hour after it showed up to my house. Shipping says you should receive the item by December 27th and I will be refunded my money 5-7 days after. Looks like my family won’t have the best gift under the tree this year from Santa. Please reach out to me if there’s anything you can do so I can fix this review. Thanks.
