Great place. So good we went two mornings in a row. Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared just perfect. The staff there are wonderful and friendly.
Srong coffee, but I needed it and it was yummy.
Very nice vibe.
We'll be back again.

We enjoyed a delightful lunch in this charming 1880 building in Bay Head. The Cafe has inside and outdoor seating as well as a separate walk up ice cream shop. I ordered the vegetable egg omelette and it came with a side of pancakes. My friend ordered a lunch special with eggs and a mini hot fudge Sunday for dessert. The food was fresh and cooked to our specification. The interior is bright and spacious with decor to match the building. The owner, Mary, chatted with us and said the will offer dinners soon. Highly recommend !

Adorable little restaurant in Bay Head that serves the ultimate breakfasts! I got the Belly Buster with a side of sausage and it did not disappoint! The pancakes were buttery and fluffy, the eggs were cooked to a perfect medium and the sausage was crisp snap on the outside and savory and delicious all over! Will definitely be coming back to this gem!

I had lunch today with a table of 7, and while though I had eaten at the Dune Grass many a time through the years, today was probably the most enjoyable thanks to our waitress Carly..(I hope I spelled the name correctly) I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit..Her friendly nature created a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone at our table..Her genuine care for her customers truly shone through during our visit and I left the restaurant feeling not only satisfied with the delicious meal but also for the truly pleasurable experience she provided..All the best to you Carly, have a wonderful summer!

Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, excellent breakfast! Loved the combo meal I got with French toast, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. A classic made well. Will return!

Lovely little cafe to enjoy a great lunch. I enjoyed my sandwich and received great service. Everyone was nice, sincere and went out of their way to ensure I was seated comfortable as I am recovering from a broken knee! A great cafe to go to and enjoy! I will definitely come back often.

Great Beachy Cafe a block or so off the beach. Seems pretty popular. Solid Breakfast. I particularly liked my flattop grilled chorizo side. Service is very good and fast. Tip your Waitress or Waiter, they definitely hustle!

Came here for breakfast on our first and only morning in town and were treated quickly and cheerfully by the staff. Place is cute and clean. We ordered a make your own omelet which was very tasty and well built the eggs Benedict was amazing hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time home fries were solid and the coffee was hot enough to be hot but not nuclear which is always a nice surprise. I would definitely go out of my way to make another breakfast stop here. Only wish we had more time to stay and try lunch.

We went there with an out of town guest. My vegie omelette and pan cakes were fantastic and I assume that my companions loved theirs the way the devoured the food! Service was quick and nice. The place was packed and got even more crowded after a while. A bit worried about covid but hope everyone was vaccinated. We could have sat outside but it was chilly. The place is adorable so 5 stars.

Veggie omelet has as much fresh veggies as eggs. Delicious homr fried potatoes. The only thing missing is a view of the water.

We finally got to try this place out! The breakfast I had was very delicious. The waitress was nice, the decor was lovely and it was an ocer all pleasant experience. My husband and I will be back!

Family owned, incredibly polite, great food, great ice cream desserts, GREAT FOOD, SUPER POLITE WAITRESSES, GREAT FOOD, ... owners relocated from Lavallette and are running this with eloquence! Super, I would eat everyday here when nearby! Great job!

Service is always friendly. Visiting Dune Grass is like visiting family. Food is fresh and very good. They have the best pancakes, ever. We want the batter recipe! We must remember to ask next visit. They make bacon to perfection. Highly recommend! Vincent and Glenda

Can’t begin to describe this place the food was the best. The wait was a bit long but I understand morning rush. I got avocado toast it was the best. I also highly recommend their Pancakes. So if you’re around the are you gotta try this place out!!.

Delicious breakfast spot, just minutes away from our motel in Point Pleasant. The service was prompt and friendly. The outdoor seating was pleasant and shady. My boyfriend got the traditional eggs benedict and I got the crabcake benedict and both were extremely delicious! Paired excellently with their smooth iced coffee. Great experience and reasonable prices!

Beautiful city. Great Experience. Family feel, cottage/beach decor. Mary, the owner said six members of their family work there now, and all of her children worked there at one point. BEST. BACON. EVER. PANCAKES from HEAVEN!

Best pancakes in all NJ. Outside or inside, quaint, beach town vibe. Kids love it. I love it. Must stop place in Bay Head. They have ice cream to boot. Love it.
