The Cheese Shoppe

One of my favorite local store for cheese and Vanleeuwan icecream. They have other local handcrafts too. People are very good and friendly. We mostly get our cheese from here!

I always stop on my way home . Best cheese shop around ! They even gave the doggos a tiny treat 😍thank you !

This place is truly amazing! They have everything I could ever want for all of my cheese needs. The wide selection of hard and soft cheeses, spreads, chips, crackers and other assorted things from knifes to nice cheese boards. The staff is super knowledgeable about all things cheese and are super willing to help with any questions. In particular, the gentleman who helped me, his name was Maxwell, was super helpful and even offered samples of what I asked for before I bought the cheeses. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the area!

Great local cheese shop. Ask for help if you want to taste or try and match flavors. Did you forget a cheese plane, they have them. Don't assume the only cheeses they handed are tnt ones on display, ask. You might be surprised.

This place is amazing! So many wonderful choices of cheese. I am gluten intolerant and have been hoping for years that someone would make a GF peanut butter pretzel....they have them and many other GF items. They told me they also sell GF baguettes!

Family favorite - can't get away without spending at least $50 because everything is so delicious!

The Cheese Shoppe is my happy place!!! There is always something new and delicious to try, and the staff is always friendly and passionate about their products. Highly recommend a trip if you're on LBI, plus prices always feel very reasonable.

The Cheese Shop is really one of my favorite places on LBI.
Yes they have cheese and dips and oils. And the cheese selection is first quality and and so diverse that I never have a problem telling our friends to stop on the way to their home.. Casey , the owner is beyond accommodating always making suggestions and offering samples. I absolutely recommend this shop. In addition to the cheese, I would suggest you try their breads and Horseradish Cheddar Spread.

We've been coming to LBI for over 10 years and the Cheese Shop is always our first stop on the island and favorite way to start our yearly getaway to the beach. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all the best fromage. They always give spot on recommendations and carry delicious gourmet snacks.

This is a must stop when in LBI. Amazing selection of cheeses, pairings, and quality souveniers. We always make at least one stop here a summer. The owner is as sweet as can be, and happy to let you taste a variety of fresh and amazing imported cheeses. There is also a checklist where you can mark your favorites. The coffee bean varieties are phenomenal as well. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

Always a great selection of cheeses and things to go along with it. KC is always very helpful and honest about her products. I just wish she was open longer so we could enjoy her Shoppe even more.

Was so happy to see it still open when I came to LBI to visit family. Wish they were open year young. Cheese selections were great but the taste was superb.

Fresh baked bread in the morning..fabulous horseradish cheddar cheese that will definitely clear the sinuses! The owners are wonderful. I highly recommend this shop!

Best place on LBI for gourmet cheeses, spreads, snacks and the like. Their unique blends of coffee beans are delicious! My favorite is Long Weekend. It's thanks to the amazing staff and I'll see you in the spring!

Best cheese on LBI and more! Coffees, spreads, crackers, accoutrements, specialty oils, dressings....... If you know nothing about cheese - no problem -staff will help. Rose to the demands of Covid shopping. Great online cheese menu, curbside pick-up, stay in your car.
