Excellent service provided by Dave’s Appliance. Technician communicated very well in understandable language the problem with my LG fridge. He documented everything on the spot before he even left my home and told me best way to communicate with LG to get repair set up under my warranty. I called LG as soon as Jason left and within minutes got an appointment for a new condenser next week. Jason even said to make sure they had a condenser in the service truck so a second trip wouldn’t be required.

Great experience. Jason diagnosed the issue order a new appliance and the delivery was flawless. They update you with the delivery time and you can track the delivery truck. It's awesome!

I called Dave's appliance center about an issue I was having with my fridge making a noise. They sent out Mike one of the owners. He was very thorough and took his time and got to the root of the problem! He was very friendly and professional! Thank you Mike for your help! I will definitely be using Dave's appliance center again!

Dave's Appliance and his team ALWAYS do a Great Job. I own Lorry's Island End Motel and also a 4BR Beach Rental House and I have used Jason and his team many years and many times buying Refrigerators, Washers and Dryers. This latest time I was replacing an old Stack Washer & Dryer in my Rental House that was not working. I was replacing the washer in the stack and this was a very tough delivery and pick-up of the old big, tall, and very heavy stack washer and dryer. Because the stack was so big, tall, and very heavy to be carried down 2 floors of small narrow outside steps that were too dangerous and NOT a possibility, Jason CUT the stack washer and dryer in half with a "Sawzall". Then the stack washer and dryer was NO LONGER a stack washer and dryer (cut in half), and the washer & dryer were able to be carried down the steps individually making it much safer, and the delivery of the new washing machine safe also. Thank You Jason and staff for going way above and beyond the call of duty for this very tough delivery and pickup. Thank You, Bill Hutson - Owner !

I can't say enough good things about Dave's appliances. Over the years, when i had an emergency on LBI, I would call Dave's. They really saved the day for me and my tenants today after the refrigerator stopped working. My tenants had just checked in with a ton of food and i am not in the area. Not only did Dave's have a refrigerator in stock but they were able to deliver and remove the old one. i am so happy with them. Highly recommended!

Dave's is the best! They service what they sell! All professional, all the time! I recommend them over the big box stores in a heartbeat!!!

I purchased a GE dryer from Dave's last year that was giving us a relatively minor problem. The old owner refused to return my calls for service or show up for service calls that were scheduled. Very frustrating to say the least. The final time i called them a nice lady named Heather answered and i explained the situation to her. She totally accommodated me. She had one of the NEW owners of Dave's come to my home the following morning. Mike arrived as promised and he fixed the dryer within 15 minutes or so. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. A genuine good guy. Good luck to Mike and Jason as the new owners of Dave's Appliances. They will be very successful if they continue to run the business with those basic fundamentals of honesty, diligence, knowledge and fairness. Thanks to Heather for facilitating the repair and Mike for the fix. With this new level of good service i now feel confident to use Dave's again in the future.

What a class operation. My father is a WWII vet 98 now, his dryer stopped working. Dave & his crew came out and fixed it. After finding out my father was a WWII Vet, He Gave him a huge break $$$$ on the bill. Thank You Again. Highly Recommend!

Jason was outstanding in servicing our washing machine. We waited for 10 days for another repair person to come back after he took a deposit and Jason came the next day after I called him and he fixed the machine in one hour. I will definitely call him again for service issues and will be buying new appliances from Dave’s Appliances in the future.

The new owners of Dave's appliance Jason and Mike, are great. They are honest, professional and
reasonably priced. They could have talked me into buying a new refrigerator, but instead chose to fix an older model Whirlpool for less than 300 dollars. It is running better than ever. I highly recommend them.

Beyond amazing customer service. Two men came in to fix my washer and dryer, they were very detailed and organized. I can’t give them enough credit. They fit me in their schedule immediately knowing my situation which was amazing. It is very hard to find places who can do that. They had to order a couple parts which came in very quickly as well! I would recommend these two hard working men to anyone who needs repairs or installation!

Dave and Mike came to our home to fix our stove, slight gas leak. They came on time, found the problem, and did the repair at a reasonable cost. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
