Family First Urgent Care

This urgent care and the staff are honestly amazing. Most urgent cares they want you in and out now and you don’t feel heard or feel like they want to hear you. Here you feel heard and they want to listen to give you the best care possible. Kevin was honestly absolutely amazing he made me feel heard and he made me laugh even when I don’t feel good and even enlightened me on things I didn’t know. Kevin is a star player at family first and has a great attitude! And Phil came in after Kevin and was also amazing. Explained everything great we talked and then sent me on my way and for the first time in my life I didn’t mind going to the doctors. Just an absolutely great staff and establishment! I will be coming here for now on for my health needs!

We have been to Family First a few times with my daughter and each time the care is just outstanding. We went today and were seen by a nurse practitioner and nurse practitioner student and they were both beyond amazing with my daughter. As a mother, I can not recommend this urgent care enough. They are caring, compassionate, thorough and trustworthy. The whole team is amazing!

This was my first visit to family first urgent Care having just moved to the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. After only 5 minutes in the waiting room they saw me. Dr Phil was professional and very friendly as well. I was in and out of there in a half hour! Great place, I highly recommend them.

I've gone to the Toms River location several times for various reasons, and most recently I took my 2 year old because I was unable to get him a pediatrician appointment and didn't want to wait much linger. I simply made an appointment online, and once we got there and checked in we did not have to wait long at all. Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistant, and the PA that treated my son were extremely nice and helpful. She was able to determine what my son needed, and on the way out he even got balloon as a parting gift =) Cannot recommend them enough!!

Family First Urgent Care is the absolute best. We're always in a room in no time at all. The staff is SO friendly. They made our son's day giving him a balloon. The best of the best!

Such a great experience. From the receptionist to the nurse to the Nurse practitioner everyone was quick, professional, and so willing to help. I will definitely return with whole family. Thank you again.

I needed to see a doctor the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and chose Family First Urgent Care since I had used them over the Fourth of July weekend last year. The on-line sign up was a bit tedious but I guess that's the way of things now. Anyway, I booked an appointment for 1:30 and was seen on time. The staff was courteous and professional and I was diagnosed with strep throat. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I had it later that day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I have ready recommended Family First to a friend.

With 3 little ones that constantly get sick at the worse times the Toms River facility is a life saver. Everyone is always helpful and make you feel like everything is okay

Went to Family First Urgent Care on Hooper ave in Silverton! I went online made a appointment. I was given a appointment within an hour of going online. Filled out patient info and insurance. went to office was seen within 5 mins everyone was very nice medical assistant then We had Phil PA .
We were in and out of office in 12 mins.

Great place if you’re ill and need to get checked out. Made a same day appointment and filled out all paperwork online to save time. Was in and out in 10 minutes and got the antibiotics I needed to help me. Much thanks to all the friendly staff.

Needed immediate care for upper respiratory infection. Everyone was professional and accommodating from front desk to PA . Mr. RIcci was beyond helpful setting up appointment, taking my vitals, and Dr. Renee was thorough and professional. Left knowing what I was dealing with and was given proper treatment.. First time going to this Urgent Care. Decided to use, as the one I normally went to was busy at the time I knew I would be going. Based on researching, this facility had good overall rating, but also, I always read google reviews by “ MOST RECENT” filter. They were all 5 star and positive about doctors, medical assistants, receptionist and wait times. I made an appointment in morning for a 3:30pm on same day. Process extremely easy and got 2 reminder notifications prior to appointment. When I went receptionist very friendly and had to be the quickest I was ever taken in an urgent care facility even when I had an appointment scheduled. I didn’t even get a chance to fill out the new patient form! The medical and physician assistant were extremely nice and friendly. Both expressed sensitivity and happiness for me as I gave them history that I am 6 years cancer free, as was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016. Nice to have medical staff be sincere in their reaction and interactions with a patient. Medical diagnosis for my visit was thorough in exam along with needed follow up. Will be using this facility going forward! Thank you Family Care Team!

Ron and the team are so amazing at this urgent care, I've never had a bad experience. The employees are very professional and personable which made me feel I was in good hands.

Made an online appointment for the next hour. Was treated immediately after check in. The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The environment is welcoming and all the staff appear to love their job. Highly recommend.

Awesome first experience. Easy to book appointment (and prefill med forms) online. Took me early and was out within 15 mins, including 2 tests. Doctor Samantha was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

I had to take my 16 month old here on a Sunday. There was a very short wait. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was Amazing. I wish I remembered his name because he was so caring, and empathetic and it was really what I needed. I was having issues with my sons medication and the doctor just made me feel so much better. I would definitely recommend this office.
