My experience at Rothman Orthopedics has been great. The staff is polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Tj. His “bedside” manner is excellent, he is professional, thorough, genuinely concerned about my shoulder injury and he took the time to explain care plan moving forward.

From appt scheduling and registration to consult, testing, results and surgery planning, Rothman Orthopedics was seemless...Dr TJ was professional, timely and genuinely concerned about my injury and care moving forward...He had a very down-to-earth demeanor and "bedside manner" during our initial consult and follow up post MRI...He took the time to explain the nature of my injury, the approaches to surgery and outcome success...He listened to concerns and was assuredly confident about the plan to restore me to good health...Highly recommendable! Rothman Orthopaedics was a wonderful experience. From the minute I walked through the doors, I was met with courteous, knowledgeable staff. I was taken on time for my appointment. Dr. Tjoumakaris is excellent. He listened to me and my concerns, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush me out. He put me at ease regarding a shoulder replacement surgery and I feel like I am in excellent hands going forward. I highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Minimal wait time, I had X rays done within 5 mins of checking in and the Dr TJ explained things perfectly which will help me make my decision.

Everyone was very professional and I had a very good experience. Dr. T.J. was personable and honest with me. He explained my situation and suggested physical therapy to alleviate the pain. Gave me an injection in my shoulder. He didn't jump right into surgery which I appreciated . I left his office feeling alot better.

Dr “TJ” is absolutely wonderful. From the diagnosis, surgery and follow up he has clearly explained the process leading up to and following surgery. He is a superb surgeon and extremely thorough. My first trip to Dr. Tjoumakaris for knee pain was a success. Dr. TJ was kind and very helpful. He listened to me as I told him of my pain and previous experience with other doctors of the same profession. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend Dr. TJ to anyone suffering from severe joint pain.

October 2019,My left rotator cuff had two full tears and a partial bicep tear which Dr TJ repaired.
His explanation of what the damage was and how he was going to repair it was easy to understand. Summer of 2020 I was fully recovered. Able to teach swim lessons, swim laps , play pickleball, throw a a ball, etc.
Flash forward to 2023, I thought I had retorn the repaired rotator cuff.
Went back to see him, thorough exam, mri, reviewed the films, all is ok. Offered PT which I declined (still doing my original exercises). He gave me exercises to strengthen the scapula to do at home. Give it 6 weeks and follow up if needed.
Dr TJ easy to talk to . He's my top doc shoulder guy.

Their office is like a well oiled Machine! Everything, from the minute u walk in & sign in.. next u get called to go back to front desk.. then ANOTHER PERSON CALLS U FOR YOUR NEXT PROCEDURE! Every WORKER IS FRIENDLY & CONSIDERATE AND THEN.. DR TJ walk in!! He SPEAKS DIRECTLY to you & Explains Everything in perfect understandable Words. I need surgery & the Coordinator for setting up the date etc.. SHE WAS AMAZING TOO!! BEST

Dr TJ is a wonderful and caring physician. I would recommend him to anyone He's above five stars I don't have enough good words to say about him. He gets to know you personally and cares about your concerns. He's a great surgeon as well

Having had a total of 6 Rotator Cuff surgeries, I know the drill, Dr. TJ took the time and explained the anatomy and function on this upcoming procedure, Great bedside manner and you can tell based on his knowledge and overall demeanor, I’m dealing with a very experienced Orthopedic Surgeon.
