Dorothy Stark was my tax analyst & she went above & beyond what I expected. She was very thorough & answered all my questions. I brought in my 2020 taxes & also wanted my 2019 tax return to be looked over & refiled because I felt I had made mistakes & paid too much money. She looked it over right there & quickly found the problem. She showed me the amount of money I would receive for both my 2020 & 2019 tax returns & also arranged for it to be direct deposited. Dorothy was very professional, patient & kind & made me feel like a valued client. She is a great asset to your company.
