I have been going to Holistic Health Spa for over 20 years and I cant imagine a life without them. Wendy is a massage Goddess! Before every appointment we discuss issues and by the end of my massage she has addressed them all. All of their therapists are worth the trip. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This was my second prenatal massage ever, and it was so much better/more thorough than one I got at a much pricier spa a few towns away! My husband also got a massage (his first ever) and said his was great also. We left feeling very relaxed and look forward to returning.

Love! Love! Love this spa! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience. Melissa is my usual go to, you just feel wonderful when you leave. Recharged and ready for a nap! I love her! I know that all the ladies are really wonderful too. I just can't say enough about this spa!

Forget about those massage chains and go here! You get a full hour massage (not 50 minutes like Hand & Stone) for the same price or less at Holistic Health Spa. The therapists, especially Debbie, are excellent and cater your massage to your specific needs. They really care. The spa offers discounted 6-massage and 12-massage cards that bring the price even lower.

I needed a massage so bad and started looking on Google..I wanted a place that believes in a more natural and holistic approach..With a very high rating I called and was able to get a wellness massage that day..I had read about 2 other massage therapists and wanted one of the ones I read about. The receptionist said I would have Sandy if I came that day..Well I'm so Happy I did..She was Excellent and helped me to relax but also could see my pain and addressed it..I'm so glad Sandy was the one available..I already have another appointment..Ask for Sandy but leave me some space too..lol. Thx so much!!!

I am a regular here, going for the 90 minute about every six weeks. Debbie is my go-to therapist and does a phenomenal job (I am not the easiest patient in the world), but all of the therapists I have had here are great. If you live or work in the Toms River or Brick area and need a massage, this is the place to go to.

I called last minute for an appointment this morning and was able to book with Mary, I’m so happy I called! Had a great experience today, the best massage experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been dealing with some back and neck tension/muscle pain for a while now and Mary helped me to relieve some of my pain and relax for a bit. I felt my areas of concern were heard and addressed. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone in search of a great massage! I already booked my appointment to come back next week. Thank you!

I can NOT say enough about Mary and her staff; the licensed therapists are outstanding, the facility is clean, everyone is personable and the cost is well within everyone's budget. As if this wasn't enough, each and every deep tissue massage is better than the last; I always leave feeling fully refreshed and no longer one big 'knot'. I always have a 90 minute session which is tailored to what I, the client requires. PHENOMENAL MASSAGES, lovely staff, serence setting and very professional. Thank you HOLISTIC HEALTH SPA.

Hands-down the best place in this area for a deep tissue massage. I’ve tried hand & stone, massage envy, and all the others. I highly recommend Melissa! In addition to a great massage, Melissa also took me through some breathing exercises and recommended some stretches I should do to increase mobility outside of the spa. Melissa and her colleagues really care about their customers, check them out!

I had the most amazing massage. They took great COVID precautions and were thorough in explaining their safety protocol. The services they provided were fabulous from start to finish and I will DEFINITELY be back for another massage. I would highly recommend this place!
