I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mattress Firm today, all thanks to Chad! From the moment we walked in, Chad greeted us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to understand our needs and preferences. What truly stood out was Chad's kindness towards our children. His caring demeanor and attention to detail ensured that we found the perfect mattress. Plus, Chad's sense of humor and ability to crack jokes made the atmosphere even more enjoyable and relaxed. Chad's exceptional service, combined with his friendly banter, truly made our visit memorable, and I couldn't recommend him and Mattress Firm more highly!

Excellent experience. Store personnel very knowledgeable, showed me mattresses that addressed my sleep problems. Did not try to push any brands on me, let me decide what was comfortable. I purchased a brand that I feel will provide me with a good sleep experience. I feel I got excellent value for my money. Looking forward to my mattress delivery. Adjustable platform immediately made my lower back issues disappear when I first tried it. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We had Kamille as our sales person in the Lanoka Harbor store. She did point out that she was a new employee and was actually visiting from the longbranch location. I want to point out that this mattress firm employee went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable. She made sure that we knew what the different models available would be. She went through thoroughly to show us the comfort levels of all the different models. She made sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase before leaving the store and was able to work miracles for us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend mattress firm of Lanoka Harbor for your sleep needs as well as Kamille from the longbranch store. Both are 100% A+ in my book.

Deedra is so accommodating and helped us decide the best options for our needs. She is very patient and understanding, and a pleasure to do business with. She really is quite knowledgeable and is able to recommend the best options for us.

Chad helped my wife and I pick out a new mattress today and it was a fast, easy and affordable process. Chad was very friendly and easy going which made for a peaceful experience. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything out of our comfort zone financially and left with what we needed.
