We are so delighted we chose Amiano to remodel our kitchen and dining room. The planning process, construction phase, and fine tuning portion of the project were flawless, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Joe and Sophia were detailed and thorough, and brought a great vision and idea's we never would have thought of. This project would not have been a success if it wasn't for Damian and his quest for perfection. We hired Amiano & Sons to re-do our bathrooms and repaint the entire inside of our home. Sophia was the designer who helped us pick out everything right from their own design room on LBI. We didn't have to travel around to different stores shopping for everything which was a pleasure. She also helped with picking the color for each room. The project coordinator, Damian, made sure everything was done perfectly by the different contractors and on time. This was by far the most professional and satisfying contracting job we have ever experienced. We highly recommend them.

My husband and I are thrilled with our choice of Amiano & Son, Design-Build for our home renovation project. Our home, built in 1992, needed significant updating in both the kitchen/dining room and in the master bath. Additionally, we wanted to improve one preexisting exterior shower, add a second outdoor shower to our home and design and build a shed attached to our home for water sports equipment. We had 7 skylights replaced and refinished our hardwood floors. From the beginning, we knew Amiano was the company for us. Amiano & Son has a delineated, multi-step process through which they work. The process is organized, helps the client to work through design and finances, and allows for changes and reflection. Their process, along with support from Amiano employees, enabled us to fully understand the scope of our project. The process also ensures that the client is an active participant and decision maker from the initial to final stages of construction. From the introductory phone call, to in home consultations, design and planning meetings to the completion of construction, we were supported, heard, and included in any and all decisions. All information related to our project was transparent. There were no surprises regarding design, finances or quality of work. Amiano even has a communication plan complete with employee names, job descriptions, and contact information so that as a client, you understand which Amiano team member may help you with different questions during your project. Speaking of the Amiano team, they are absolutely top tier. They have high expectations of their work and hold true to their values of providing excellence. Joe was integral in helping us to determine a timeline and in setting a start date. He guided us through and helped us to understand our project. Keith assisted at a critical design moment helping us to retain our dream of an outdoor shed that would work within our budget. He was incredibly supportive with final quality control checks to ensure the project was completed to both Amiano’s and our standards. We can not speak highly enough of our project manager, Damian. Damian’s ability to manage the daily aspects of construction with multiple projects and employees under his watchful eye is nothing short of masterful. He is epitome of professionalism and excellence. Damian maintained constant and consistent contact with us while we were off site. His knowledge and experience is palpable. Using these skills, coupled with his humor and work ethic, Damian guided us through dust and decision making and was our true north when we were off site. We completely trust his judgement were incredibly lucky that he was on our team. Bri is a creative and supportive designer who assisted with everything from flow to color combinations. We were so thankful to have Matthew on site each day as well. Matthew’s friendly and positive attitude and his eagerness to help in any way possible was a bright light amid the daily interruptions of construction. Amiano completed our project one month early, a true gift as our completion date coincided with us moving into our fully renovated home without having to live through construction. Damian continues to reach out to us 3 months after our completion date ensuring that we have no loose ends. Each of these Amiano members were invaluable in our project. Amiano managed an extensive kitchen and bath remodel project for us. We’re very happy with the finished product, and they were professional and transparent about schedules and what to expect throughout the entire design and construction process.

Amiano & Son Construction handled a large remodeling job for us which included a kitchen and master bath renovation, outside siding and roofing, interior room renovation including new windows and the opening up of an interior stairwell which included the installation of new handrails, newel posts, and spindles. They also handled the fiber glassing of two outdoor decks and installed new exterior railings on three outdoor decks. We had provided architectural plans from our own architect. They started on time according to our contract and finished ahead of schedule. The Project Manager, Damian, was professional, straight forward, and experienced. He handled the sub-contractors well, making sure they showed up when needed according to the progression of the work. We were pleased with all the sub-contractors who worked in our home. We remained living in our home while the work was being done and Damian did everything possible to accommodate us and keep the work mess separate from our living quarters. We would recommend Amiano & Son to anyone looking for a home renovation, bathroom, or kitchen remodel.

In the middle of the pandemic Amiano & Son replaced our roof and remodeled our master bathroom, guest bathroom and powder room. Under the professional and awesome leadership of Project Manager Damian, we have the bathrooms of our dreams. Our initial contact with Amiano & Son was with Joe and Gianna. They guided us through our roof replacement and bathroom renovations contracts. Adan and his crew completed the roof in one day because of rain being in the forecast that night. We have a very big roof so it was a very long day for them. Despite the mess that is part of replacing an entire roof, his crew were conscientious in making sure our property was clear of debris before they left. Gianna worked with us through all our bathroom selections. We are thrilled with the choices we made. The master bathroom floor plan as designed turned into magazine ad quality. I enjoyed working with Sophia to pick out our countertops. I especially enjoyed picking out the paint colors with her for each bathroom. Damian’s crew (Joey, Brandon, Brett, Brad) and the contractors he used were all very respectful to us and to our home. All of them wore masks at our request, which we really appreciated. I cannot say enough about Damian. We were blessed to have him as our project manager. He was on every detail all the time keeping us informed about the project and when to expect each contractor. We are really going to miss Damien and his crew. Our daughter recommended Amiano & Son to us and we are grateful to her for giving us the push to do so. My husband and I had been talking about renovating our bathrooms for years. We swore we would get a second quote, but knew after Joe and Gianna’s first visit to our home that Amiano was the one! We would highly recommend Amiano & Son to anyone no matter what renovation they are planning.

I hired Amiano & Son Construction to do a gut remodel of my condo's bathroom. From the beginning, they were thorough, professional, and responsive. No Job too small for Amiano & Son! We recently contracted Amiano & Son for a bathroom remodel. Many contractors didn’t even respond BUT Amiano and team did with a detailed remodel plan. The entire staff and crew of Amiano provided such amazing and professional service for our house remodeling and addition. They helped design the perfect space, taking into consideration all our thoughts during the planning process. They treated our home like theirs and gave the utmost attention to detail throughout the entire reno. Our general contractor worked tirelessly to ensure that we stayed on time, coordinated all contractors and made sure everything that was done on a daily basis was accurate, down to every nail. To say that this company provides an excellent service is an understatement. Their love for what they do shows in the pride they take in their work. Amiano & Son Construction did a bathroom remodel for me. This was the third project that I collaborated with them on. The first was my kitchen remodel and the second was repairs to my basement and roof. In all three projects they were professional and courteous. The bathroom space was small and we went back and forth on designs. Gianna and Joe were very patient. They went out of their way to ensure that my husband and I had just the right design. At the start of the project, we worked with our project manager Damian. I can't say enough good things about Damian. He is very easy to work with, he is professional. He pays attention to detail. He ensures that all the trades are scheduled, clean and professional. If something wasn't done to his satisfaction; he would bring the trade partner back to fix it or he would fix it himself. This was all before I even took a look at it. He is very much about making sure everything is done correctly and to code. If anything was wrong, we worked thru it together. I also worked with Sophia Aminao on granite selection and paint. She too was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. This remodel was at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to meet her at the granite yard to pick my granite slab. She took precautions, had a mask and still practiced social distancing. I appreciated that. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Aminao for any construction project weather it be a kitchen gut and remodel, a repair that requires a contractor or a bathroom remodel. You wont be disappointed. If I have another projects, I know they will be my first call.
