Brought my car there for the first time and I am so very happy with Lacey Auto Care!! I will definitely make it my only place to trust the staff and service. The employees are the kindness and most welcoming crew. They did everything I needed within an hour always keeping me updated and making sure I was comfortable. Lacey Auto was awesome! My car feels great after new tires and alignment. They were quick and affordable. Got my tires through simply tire so that site had some scheduling issues but other than that it was great. Thanks guys!

We have used Lacey Auto Care for over 30 years and have always had good service. Their mechanics are knowledgeable in all car repairs and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of repair you get. They have always stood behind their work without question. Drew is patient and calm when dealing with any frustration you may have with your car repair. He takes the time to explain everything. Recommend them 100%

This is the best and honest mechanic shop I have been to. It feels good to drop my car off and not to have to worry. One example, a free oil change at Toyota they told me I need rear brakes. So I brought it to Drew and told him to replace the brakes. He told me there not ready yet. Not until next year did they get replaced by Lacy Auto Care.

Lacey auto is prob the best spot in town to get your car serviced. Conveniently located on Lacey rd right off the parkway, it’s easy to spot and easy to pull into off the road. Drew is a phenomenal service manager who not only has product knowledge, but also a friendly personality making you feel that your car is Lacey Autos main priority. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was panicking after I got my battery replaced somewhere else and all these alerts were popping up. I called first thing in the morning, spoke to Drew, and he told me come over. He calmly reset everything and it was the easiest and quickest experience. All my co workers rave about the service here and now I understand why. Thank you so much!

I dropped my car off for an oil change late on Thursday for pick up on Friday. About an hour later Drew called and said it was ready if I wanted to pick it up same day! Can't do better than that, they're great. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Lacey Auto Care for years, and I’ve always found them to be fair, honest and accessible. I do a lot of driving, I put 50 to 70,000 miles on my vehicles every year which would be impossible without Drew & Co. They are big and sophisticated enough to take care of complex issues and small enough that you can walk in and talk to the owners, what more can you ask for!!
