In all honesty, Rachel Baran of Schlosser Real Estate is the best realtor we’ve ever dealt with down the shore. She is very patient, extremely thorough and always determined to find what we were looking for. What also sets her apart is that she’s completely trustworthy and honest; a real pleasure to deal with. Not to mention the fact that she found us the ideal home which actually met all our requirements. We closed on a Lavallette beach block home in May 2023 and couldn’t be happier! We really couldn’t have asked for more than what Rachel provided.

Schlosser Real Estate and their agent Anna Marie Antoniotti did an exceptional job of listing and selling our beach house in Ocean Beach, NJ. The house was listed on a Thursday and exactly one week later it was under contract for well over the listing price. Anna Marie was always available and extremely helpful in moving the process along through the closing date. She does what she says she is going to do within the time frame committed to and her follow up couldn’t have been any better. You can’t go wrong using Schlosser and Anna Marie as your selling agent.

We recently sold family-owned property in Lavallette which had been in the family for over 50 years. Heidi Magno was a tremendous asset to have on our team. It was a unique and difficult situation with all six of us (including my 95 year old mother) living in different locations with one as far away as Mexico. Heidi worked hard to successfully coordinate schedules which was made more difficult because one of the houses was a rental which was booked solid from early June to mid September. Not only did she successfully sell the property, but also helped us move and clear out stuff prior to closing. It was a very emotional event. Heidi also helped us secure a rental for next summer so we can continue to enjoy Lavallette and the Jersey Shore. I highly recommend Heidi.

Heidi Magno could not have been more helpful in selling our home. She took the time to analyze our goal, made suggestions, and considered plausible results with us. When we decided to sell, she moved quickly, created a professional sales campaign, personally made sure our home was welcoming to buyers, and helped us understand how to make numerous showings work for our lifestyle. When the offers came in, she helped us weigh the number with the strength of the buyer. In about a month, we had decided to sell, listed the house, and were under contract. I chose Schlosser Real Estate because the two things I valued most in the home selling/buying process were market knowledge and experience. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rachel Baran from Schlosser Real Estate for several months to land our first home. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when we desperately needed it.

We fell in love with our current house and knew right away that we wanted it. Home-buying is not without its issues and our issue came in the form of a significant under appraisal. We either needed to come to an agreement with the seller to reduce the price significantly or we would need to put up a lot of cash that we did not have available. After reviewing the appraisal, Rachel brought it to our attention that some of the comparables were located in vastly different areas that had home values that were much lower. I was hesitant to challenge the appraisal because I had been told by several people that they rarely, if ever, adjust their initial appraisal so the deal was about to fall through. Thankfully, after I gave it some thought, I spoke with Rachel and she excitedly began working on her own home comparables to help challenge the appraisal. A week later, we received word that they increased the appraisal by nearly $10,000 so we were finally able to come to an agreement with the seller.

Highly recommend working with either Rachel or anyone on the Schlosser team because it's clear that they know what they're doing and aren't trying to force you into a housing situation that might not be ideal.
