While listing our house, the buyers requested that the previously abandoned oil tank in the crawlspace of our downstairs office be removed. We called many companies and received lots of quotes, but Venture tank was the only one that could do it in the timeframe needed.

Michelle was amazing and scheduled the work, secured the necessary permits, arranged for the inspection / soil testing, and provided the certification a few days prior to closing.

This was a big job that involved removing some of the subfloor, removing concrete and soil around the tank, cutting the tank into pieces, removing the tank pieces and soil through a window using a conveyer belt, filling the hole with fresh soil, and fixing the concrete. They also covered all carpeting with plastic sheeting and tarps to ensure there was no mess left behind.

When the job was complete, you would never know that this work was even done in our room. We would highly recommend Venture Tank if you need a oil tank removed inside or outside of your residence. Their precision work and attention to detail is second to none.
