Chad was fantastic. We went in pretty overwhelmed and confused about what we wanted and what we needed. He walked us through everything - without pressure. I learned so much about sleep! All the impacts of various mattresses and bases. We are very happy with our purchase and the shopping experience.

Have been shopping for a new mattress these last few days. Checked out a lot of stores and was inundated with all the new fabrics, materials and technology. Who would have thought it would be so involved. We stopped in at Mattress firm today and was greeted by Chad. He was very informative in regards to all the latest products and not pushy at all. Took us through the different options , and we finally came to a decision on what was most comfortable for my wife and I. Thanks Chad.. Looking forward to some good sleep.

Have bought several mattresses here and have always had a positive experience. Our salesperson for our most recent purchase was very knowledgeable and committed to getting us the best possible deal.

The original base we bought was not compatible with my bed frame. I was able to discuss it with Chad. I will get a refund and was able to purchase a low profile box spring for next day delivery. I am quite pleased with this.

Chris was Awesome!! For a new person he was very knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of. I had a budget and found the mattress I loved. It was on sale. Then he gave me a 250.00 coupon he got plus vetera s dis out t and made a call to another store for yet another coupon and I came in exactly on budget and was also able to get a fantastic waterproof mattress cover. I was EXTRENELY pleased with the whole experience and Chris's amazing patience. He even helped me with my husband getting g up and down off the mattresses as I am handicapped.
