Great staff! Alma in the front office went above and beyond to accomodate me. Dr. Koenigsberg gave a very thorough examination, asked me questions and took a genuine interest in my medical history.

I love Dr Dedona in the brick office, 5 stars I give her, however, the staff in the front office is a little bit off. I work in the medical field and this front office staff is very unprofessional, ( except for 2 of the girls) and every time I call this office for either a Rx refill or papers I need for work I am told nothing has been done and they will leave another message. I feel you shouldn’t have to call back 5 times within a week to get this taken care of. Someone should be calling me back telling me what the status is. I’m going on my 6th call for the week wish me luck!!!! I really like the doctor in this office but if I have to switch because of staffing not competent... I will do so.

Update: after a year later I must do an update .. the office has become extremely organized , professional and made a 100 percent turnaround. I will forever stay with Dr Dedona and this wonderful group .

I have been coming here for about 15 years. I have used both the walk in, and seen doctors as a primary and have never had any issues. It’s very convenient and the care is very good. I will continue to use their services for a long time.

Some reviews i have read about O.O. Family Care,, is all Wrong, Dr. Fred Rothbergs team, I feel is the Best treatment center in the Ocean County area.. the Staff is very friendly and Professional, with Years of Working Skills...Top Shelf ,,,, this group is very lucky to have them.....
My treatment has taken about 3 and a half months and Dr. Rothberg
took all his patience and experience to save my big toe,
I had the best Experience from the Group at Ocean County F.C.,, lets call it a "10".... thank you all at OOFC Group again...

Was in and out fairly quickly, both nurses I dealt with were very nice, doctor was great. Nothing to complain about here.

I have going to ocean family care for 28 years seeing Dr Dedona she is the wonderful I never trusted a dr as I trusted dr dedona with life ❤

Staff is very nice and helpful. Never had to wait.

I normally don't have a problem here but when they make a appointment for a serton day and time it should be kept that way. I got a phone call and was told that they had to change my appointment cause the Doctor wasn't going to be in that don't you think that you should get a replacement Doctor in there to take his or her place!! Of course they don't they tell me the next available appointment is two months later and I've already been waiting for three mouths to see the Doctor. There where times when I was in & out and other time I waited for a long time and among others thing. I'm changing my primary Doctor and going else where. Bottom line don't go there if you don't have to!!!

Dr. DeDona is awesome. Unfortunately you cannot ever see her. The office does not return calls appointments are booked out 3+ months. So you patiently wait for your appointment and then your doctor isn’t in that day & you are told to rebook. Ridiculous. As I mentioned Dr DeDona is superb so you put up with their administrative incompetence but eventually you give up as I did & find a new doctor.

This place is so unprofessional I wouldn't go back if all I needed was a bandaid. I got sick with chills, a fever, and body aches on a late Saturday afternoon. I made sure I was at the clinic when it opened Sunday morning at 8am so that if antibiotics were needed I can get 2 doses before having tok go back to work on Monday.

I was prescribed an antibiotic and was told it would be called in to the pharmacy. Did not think that was going to be a problem as my primary doctor does this and my prescription has always been called in by the time I arrive.

I get to my pharmacy after the appointment. Wait for about 10 minutes the give the pharmacist time to prepare what's needed. Low and behold no medicine was called in. So the pharmacist calls over there and after being put on hold for quite a while he is told it will be called in I go home wait about an hour and a half call back and still no call was made to the pharmacy. That is when I decide to call this place back myself. I wait on hold for a few minutes and ask the person who picks up the status. She tells me the Dr. is in with a patient and they will call it in when he is done. I tell them I would rather hold. The woman on the other line seriously says to me ok bye bye and HANGS UP THE PHONE! So of course I call back and wait on hold again. Then a woman [pretty sure it's the same one] picks up the phone to say the the nurse is looking in to it for me. I say ok but..... then she says again ok bye bye and HANGS UP again. Ummm, you didn't even know who I was.

The people there obviously do not care. But they do make sure they collect your co pay. Oh and for some reason I had to pay my specialist copay as opposed to my regular doctor rate. There was nothing special about this experience I can tell you that much. Now not only am I sick but extremely aggravated as well.

It seems my first review was removed. Did I ruffle some feathers. I won't be goig back there period. Find a different primary doctor's office.

Never will I come here again. There was 1 guy ahead of me. Waiting 1 hour. I should have went to the emergency room. Faster care. This place must be ran by new owners. Never experienced this before. Been coming here for 20 years. This will be my last

Office people are too busy to do their jobs correctly. Should get more help. No communication in office. When you call on phone always put on hold.
