Nice place to buy furniture

Fell in love with their Manhattan sofa and thought the prices were great because I'd just been to Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn. While I still love the sofa and the staff was really nice, after doing more shopping I found that prices are much better on similar sofas if you get out the high rent area. Overall, though, the store is beautiful and the owners have a great eye for design, and if I'd been feeling spendy, would have dropped a lot of money in this store.

Awesome Place, a lot of items to choose from. Staff was very helpful and patient when it came to showing what was in store and anything i was interested in the magazines. Definitely doing business again.

Horrible customer service and buying experience. I Needed a folding bed ASAP and I remembered this furniture store from years of passing them on my way home. My transaction took all of 5 minutes because I knew what I wanted. I walked in the store and the owner nonetheless was cold and short. No greeting, no how can I help you, just stared at me as if I was a BLACK unicorn, hence the word BLACK. So I initiated the “HELLO” still no response and then I proceeded to say “How much is the folding bed outside the store?”. The owner responds “$389.00” which I knew was extortion because I priced matched it everywhere else however, I needed it same day. So I said “I want it”. The owner is still looking at me weird as if he was trying to price me out and couldn’t believe I Still wanted it however, that’s my assumption. The owner then proceeds to ask me cash or credit? I tell him credit and he ask for my I.d. So I hand it to him. He then proceeds to flick my I.D. several times in front of me to insure authenticity, still baffled by my presence. Anyway, I proceeded with the transaction even though I hated EVERY SECOND OF THIS EXPERIENCE. I know many will read this review and ask “Why didn’t you just walk out and spend your money somewhere else?” I really needed it for a sick relative and they were the only same day delivery service but NEVER AGAIN! This is the reason brick and mortar is going away!
