He was a trooper & we even looked at house Super Bowl Sunday. For the financing we had to make sure with houses going for well well above list… we did not offer more than it would appraise… and he pretty well nailed it! For the record, their approach to selling our home was impressive. Anita spent substantial time with us at the onset of the process. She informed us of current market conditions, recently past sales and pending offers on other homes. She was well informed which resulted in seeing many solid comparisons for our home. Anita also spent time with us providing staging suggestions to ensure that our house was presented “at its best” in public media as well as at open houses. Their partnering photographer was top notch and did a great job capturing the look of our property.
