DO NOT BUY HERE. The store it's a fraud. they sell one thing but give you something else that it's not what you pay for. I called them for a solution and the MANAGER is an animal, he was disrespectful and very aggressive. DO NO WASTE your MONEY

I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars I should have ran like hell when I first went in and the extremely aggresive guy on the floor followed me and my wife all the way to the door screaming prices at us after we said we weren’t interested in anything because he was being wayyyyyy to pushy. We were approached by another man who worked there who apologized for his coworker and asked if he could help. Now he was a million times more professional we made our purchase with him everything was great up until the day everything was delivered they came they set up the bunk bed and left. That same night slats began falling from under the bed so I went in and was directed to call the insurance company which I did now here it is almost 3 months later still no response from the insurance these people who sold me the bed refuse to do anything even after the bed finally collapsed with one of my children on it.

3300 broadway ny,ny, 10031, is the worst store ever!!!! I would give them less than 1 star but it's not available, we brought a dresser and paid a delivery charge to be deliver in a afternoon and they brought it to my home, 2 blocks away 15 mins from their store closing, than the delivery guy cursed in my home because I looked at the dresser before signing the receipt and the draws were not opening properly. Still the delivery guys cursed at me when I said I don't want it and won't sign receipt, they are horrible since when does anyone come into your home and use the f bomb over and over again, terrible and scary!!!! It was not up to par so why do I have to stay with something broken and get cursed at in my home!!!! Don't ever buy from them I'm not!!!!

This place has horrible customer service and furniture my friend brought furniture for her kids and after a year its all broke up and refuse to refund her money after she had a warranty don't use them!!
