Enterprise Rental on Anderson in Hackensack has provided such a friendly and efficient experience. From local pick-up and drop-off, adjusting my rental request to overall courteous customer service. The cars rented were clean and without issues. Would definitely recommend using their services. Added bonus, they're open on Sundays until noon.

I was well taken care by the the Hackensack Enterprise. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during my 2 1/2 month rental, while my car was in for Autobody work. They made the process super easy!

I rented a car during the height of the Christmas holiday season. It was very busy as to be expected. The service was good except for a few issues such as... I happened to look before I drove off ( No insurance cards & registration in the car ) a some straws & ketchup packs left in the car. This delayed me a bit to obtain the important documents in the office. At the time to return the car at check-in, an agent asked me if everything was ok & what can be done to improve the rental for the next time. I then addressed these previous issues. He saw that I could speak to his manager about it. The manager Raydell Williams made up for it by giving me a 25% discount for my inconvenience. I was very happy. I'm also glad that this location is open on Sundays. This made my next rental easier to return as I didn't have to keep it until Tuesday after the New Year's holiday. I will definitely rent from this location again in the future when I come back in town!

Everyone is very polite, friendly and helpful. They are also very efficient. I picked up AND returned my rental in minutes.

My rental car experience with Enterprise from Hackensack, NJ was great. Picking up the car went seamlessly. Car was perfect for our long road trip. I was called to confirm my pick up, which for me was a big plus. I was sent an email reminder to confirm time and date of drop off. Returning car went smooth as well. I had questions about tolls, and they have a billing system as tolls show up on the car. They charge a convenience fee, but at least is in place. Only thing is car even thought was clean, needed a deeper cleaning into nooks and crevices. I think that should be done once in a while in the cars they rent. But I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great service.

I travel 45 minutes to go to my favorite Enterprise location in Hackensack. It's definitely worth the time.

We wanted to rent a vehicle at very short notice and Manhattan had no cars available - We finally found one at this Enterprise and they were extremely helpful - they even swapped me from a Nissan SUV to a Yukon because we specifically wanted the american experience. Hand over when returning the vehicle was extremely simple they had a quick check of the car and that was it. Very happy overall and thanks for swapping us - the Yukon was great! One thing I will say is we were told insurance only covered up to $300k if I remember correctly.

The customer service is A+! I was in and out of there super fast. I was given a variety of choices to choose from. My car was in the shop so I was told I would be driving a rental for a week to 2 weeks. After the first day of driving my rental I realized that this was not the right car for me. I did not feel comfortable driving it. It was a little too big for my taste. I was scared to go back the next day because I thought they would not be able to accommodate me but I tried anyway. They were super nice about it! They were like no problem at all. They gave me a bunch of new options to pick from and I was in and out of there in like 5 minutes. Four of those minutes were me looking at the different cars lol. Anyway, I switched it out and felt so much better in the new vehicle! Thank you guys!

This was my first time ever renting a car and it was a 10/10 experience! The entire staff in friendly, informative and helpful. I needed a car with hand controls due to my disability and the car was available for me very quickly! I’m glad I chose them instead of another company that made me feel like renting a car was going to be a hassle. I have zero complaints the car road great and it was clean. I was there less than 30 minutes and everything was complete for me. The staff even helped me load my bags from my car into the rental and they did the same for me when I returned the car. Returning the car only took about 15 minutes. Book with them! I’ll be renting from them whenever i’m going out of town more often. Thank you!

I am giving a 5 star review because the employees try so hard to do a great job with the extremely limited support they have. Enterprise is not helping its employees keep customers happy because the company doesn’t hire enough people to allow those workers to do the great job they typically manage to perform. How can they when they are so short staffed? The folks who work within the impossible constraints due to the Company’s limited resources still manage to smile, offer the customers their help and do so even with impossible customer demands. Bravo to those workers who do a great job!!
