Joel is amazing! I was looking for a new tax pro and he is really your guy. He was able to get me from a cancellation and really got us the most tax money back i've ever seen. He is priced very fairly and very personable. Thank you Joel! We will definitely be back next year!

Joel has been doing my families taxes for a few years now and has always been so wonderful and informative; I really can't say enough good things about him and his staff! Today I went in and Joel filed an Amended tax return for me because I stupidly forgot I had another W2 to file this year. I have been going crazy on my own trying to fix it, but Joel was like "Come on on and I can fix it" (I was sadly making things harder than it needed to be) he was so chill about it and made me feel such a great relief of stress off my shoulders. This is why he is a professional and why I trust him to do mine and my families taxes every time and could not recommend him more! Thank you Joel!!!

🙂 i went to tax pros in Lacey & worked with a guy named Joel...i usually do my own thru turbo tax or a friend who's an accountant, but this year with all the new laws (& a personal situation that I've never had to deal with before) i wasn't taking any chances... he is awesome & i did make out better than i thought i would (thought i would owe) & i think better than if i had done on my own... his fees were not outrageous either🙂🙂🙂🙂

Multiple mistakes were made including my refund being sent to the wrong bank, even though I confirmed my bank details. When I brought this to Joel’s attention, he took no accountability. Incredibly disappointed and will not be back.

We had our taxes done, or so we thought... It took many texts and phone calls over the course of a year to finally get out tax return. We checked the website for both state and federal and nothing was filed. Joel charged us $200 to have out taxes done but they were never filed! Save yourself the headache and time fighting to get service you already paid for, go someplace else. It's so not worth going here.
