Kelly's Old Barney Restaurant

We'd arrived at Kelly's a few minutes before 9PM and were thrilled they still bought us in and served a fantastic dinner even though they were about to close! Only in New Jersey would people do this for you!

Our server, Shana, was absolutely delightful! She made a great recommendation for the Philly Cheese Steak. We are from Kentucky so this was a special treat, being away from Philly for over a decade. The chowders are exquisite and the breakfasts are done to perfection.

You will get a real flavor for the Barnegat Light House at Kelly's and the view is divine. Don't let the outside fool you - this place shines brighter than the lighthouse! 10+ across the board - thank you for helping 2 Kentuckians (after a 15 hour drive) feel welcome and at home. We will be back!

Inexpensive casual family dining with an attached Dairy Queen in the shadow of Barnegat Light House. A great place for a quick burger or club sandwich before you head into the State Park whose entrance is literally feet from the front door. Be aware that they're cash-only, though -- no credit or debit cards are accepted.

Kelly’s is one of my favorite breakfast places in LBI. It reminds me of coming home from fishing and getting breakfast with the family. It hasn’t really changed in there which is really cool. Love kelly’s.

Nice, very quaint, clean, and fun place. The food I had was well prepared. The wait staff are exceptionally nice and it's an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. A very relaxing place to have breakfast and coffee.

Love the clam chowder and pork roll sandwich. Servers were very nice. Bring cash they do have an ATM.

We (4 of us) had a nice lunch there - very crowded on Sunday morning during Memorial Day Weekend. Service was fine and friendly. Cash only & posted at door. Food was good. I'm rating it against other diners of this type... We would eat there again. Ice Cream window next to entrance if interested after!

Kelly's is and always has been a family favorite of ours for many years. The food, friendly and professional service and quaint shore ambience is a must. Located next to the historic Barnegat Lighthouse Park with views of the bay is a simply beautiful location not to be missed. Kelly's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has a Dairy Queen! A special family restaurant!

My family and I have been renting in Barnegat Light for over 10 years and we have been coming here just as long. We love Kelly's and it is always the place we pick for dinner out. My dad loves the open roast beef sandwich, my grandmother loves the crab cakes, my mom loves the salmon and I love the ribs. No Joke they are the best in the entire world. If you go there, ask for Colleen because she's a great waitress. The one downfall about Kelly's is the flys if you sit near the front or back door on a summer night, eat in the middle of the Restaurant!!

Awesome food and the staff was super friendly there was outdoor seating available but opted for indoor instead being that it was raining that day food came out fast and delicious will be returning next time I'm in the area be sure to tip your waitress times are hard and service was amazing

Went there for my birthday with my parents, no wait to get a seat, a really nice waitress, and amazingly good seafood. Great, lowkey-cute decor and live music too. Definitely would recommend and definitely will go back again

Cozy place, lots of smiling faces, accommodated my #keto diet. My wife had the New England Calm Chowder, it was excellent. A great Mom & Pop place.

We never leave Long Beach Island without a visit to Kelly's. The fresh tuna sandwich is "Yum". Ask for it rare. Great fries!

Here for breakfast. Chris had a bagel with Nova. I had scrambled eggs with pork roll and home fries. All good. Server was excellent.

Classic old school diner style restaurant with friendly service and great ambiance. Sit outside in the warmer season!

Friendly service .. food was good .. portions were a little small but fair. Nice touch with the piano player. We will definitely come back again.
